4 Simple Keto Meals to Make When You’re Out of Ideas
One thing to appreciate about the limits of the Keto diet (i.e. very few carbs, very little sugar, no cry-eating Ben & Jerry’s while binge-watching This Is Us) is that it makes meal planning pretty easy. Since there are only so many Keto-friendly foods, you aren’t faced with an overwhelming number of choices at the grocery store. To help combat food fatigue, bring this easy-to-personalize shopping list next time you hit the supermarket. You can use what you buy to make the below four simple Keto meals, which, on the very bright side, require barely any cooking.
