Miley Cyrus May Have Just Gotten a Tattoo for a Guy That’s Not Liam Hemsworth
Though not always advised (trust Kaley Cuoco on this one), it’s not uncommon to see celebs in a relationship getting tats for one another, as Zayn Malik may have very well just done for Gigi Hadid.
In Miley Cyrus’s case, however, it’s not fiancé Liam Hemsworth’s name she may have just made a permanent fixture on her body, but that of another hugely important man in her life: her father, Billy Ray Cyrus.
Taking to Instagram, the musician showed off what appeared to be his daughter’s newest choice of ink, writing, “This may be the best tattoo I’ve ever seen,” and tagging @mileycyrus. It’s no wonder Cyrus should be pleased: The piece simply reads “Dad” along the instep of its wearer’s foot.
Thought we can’t say for SURE that it’s the 24-year-old pop star’s foot we’re seeing and not just a joking hint to Cyrus’s famous daughter, as she hasn’t given us any indicator one way or another on her own social media accounts, given the closeness of their relationship and the “Wrecking Ball” singer’s penchant for body art (she also has a matching tat with Hemsworth’s sister-in-law, Elsa Pataky), we’re willing to bet this is the real deal.
Then again, fans were also quick to “jump the gun” when they surmised that she had gotten married after the elder Cyrus posted a shot of Miley in a white dress, which he later implied was not the case, so really, it’s anyone’s guess!
