Steph and Ayesha Curry Welcome Baby #3! Find Out His Adorable Name
The Currys are now a party of five! Ayesha and NBA star husband Steph welcomed their third child — and first son! — on Monday, July 2, revealing on Instagram on Wednesday that although he came a little earlier than expected, everyone is ecstatic and doing well.
“My heart is FULL,” Ayesha captioned an Instagram pic of her two little girls, Ryan, 3, and Riley, 6, holding their new brother. “God has been too good to us. Our beautiful baby boy Canon W. Jack Curry, 7/2/2018. He joined us earlier than we thought and we couldn’t be more excited and grateful.”
She ended her announcement by calling her crew a “Family of 5!” and excitedly giving herself photo credit as “a mommy of three.”

Proud dad Steph also shared a pic of his newborn son, swaddled in blankets as his little head peeked out. “On this journey, on this quest…protect me…I’m bless!” he wrote.
The champion Golden State Warriors player and his wife first revealed they were expecting back in February, taking to Instagram to post a pair of pics with Ayesha in a t-shirt that said “PREGGERS” across the front. “Heyyyy how did this happen?!” she joked. “Curry party of 5.” She added at the time that while she was feeling very blessed, she was also feeling “very sick.”
Later, Ayesha revealed via her blog that she was suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum, the same severe nausea-inducing condition that Duchess Kate Middleton had throughout all three of her pregnancies. “Not feeling super royal though,” she joked at the time. We hope the birth of little Canon was easier than the pregnancy. Congrats to the growing family!
