This Is the Famous House Guest Blake Lively + Ryan Reynolds Just Hosted Post-Baby
We knew that Blake Lively was quickly becoming an integral part of Taylor Swift’s ever-expanding squad, but no one knew exactly how close they were until Taylor reportedly rushed by the new mama’s side to meet what we now believe to be her new baby girl (thanks, Ryan!).
Now, Taylor is reportedly spending even more time with Blake, Ryan and their new babe, visiting the trio for three to four days in Pound Ridge, New York for some quality BFF time.
It’s a friendship that’s been blossoming since late last year, when Blake offered an olive branch to Taylor after fans thought she was shading the 1989 singer in an Instagram post.
Since then, it’s been nothing but love, with Blake attending Taylor’s Australian concert, spending Taylor’s birthday with her (the shot from which she captioned, “There’s a reason #friendshipgoals was invented because of her. Thank you @taylorswift13 for the happiness you bring to not only everyone that knows you, but also to those that don’t — you’re the real deal”) and attending her epic Fourth of July bash.
Now, it’s seemingly Taylor’s turn to return the favor, heading to upstate to be with mama Blake and her hubs. It was likely some much-needed relaxation, as Tay is not only prepping for her only concert of the year thus far, but she’s sick with a cold — and what she calls an “overly emotional cat” on Instagram that won’t stop meowing despite her best efforts.
“No sleep ‘til Austin,” she writes.
Yikes! Feel better soon, bb!
