Busy Morning? These Make-Ahead Breakfast Recipes Will Help

There’s a lot to accomplish in the mornings, especially if you have little ones running about. Some days, it’s easy to be on top of things, but sometimes you’re looking around for an extra hand. Fortunately, we’re sharing some hacks to make mornings run smoother. The Quaker Oats Company and Angie of Bakerella recently teamed up on two make-ahead breakfast recipes that you’re really gonna dig.

First up, homemade grab-n-go breakfast bars! Angie’s recipe calls for 100% whole grain Quaker oats, plus sliced almonds, rice cereal, dried cherries, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, vanilla and maple syrup. These will quickly become your new go-to breakfast bar and afternoon snack!

Also on the blog, Bakerella is sharing her secrets for the most delicious bowl of oatmeal you’ve ever had! Check out the recipe for Banana-Berry Baked Oatmeal — it’s perfect for busy winter mornings or brunch with friends. Bonus: You can totally prepare this ahead of time. Easy peasy.
