Skinny Pumpkin Pie Frozen Yogurt (Only 100 Cals!)

It’s only September but we just can’t get enough pumpkin recipes. Since the heat hasn’t yet abated in many parts of the country, we thought we’d give you a skinny frozen treat to help you out with the last couple weeks of warm weather.

Our Skinny Pumpkin Pie Frozen Yogurt is only 100 calories per serving with 0 grams of fat. It’s a great way to indulge in that delicious pumpkin pie taste without all of the guilt!

Ingredients (makes 4 1/2 cup servings)
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (such as Fage)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ginger, 1/4 teaspoon allspice)

Fiber: 2 grams

Place all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and stir until combined.

So creamy and delicious – you might want to eat it as is!

Place mixture in an ice cream maker and let churn for 20 minutes, or until cold and creamy. Serve immediately or place in the freezer for another hour if a firmer texture is desired. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can place in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.

Note: As this frozen yogurt doesn’t contain any fat, it will harden if left in the freezer for four or more hours. We suggest serving immediately after churning, or letting it sit on the counter to thaw after freezing.
