Why the Magnetic Lash Trend Might Make You Reconsider Extensions

Fact: I cannot put on fake lashes for the life of me. No matter what application method I try, the falsie strips always end up too far away from my actual lash line, leaving me frustrated (and eventually giving up). When I first found out about magnetic lashes, I was skeptical based on my less-than-impressive track record — but I instantly became obsessed with the ease and impact they offered false-lash-challenged people like myself. After my first time using them, I forgot about lash lifts and extensions entirely.

You’re probably wondering how magnets work with fake eyelashes; I had this question initially too. One set of lashes comes with four separate pieces: a bottom and top lash for each eye. Each piece has a small magnet on it. Using your fingers, you carefully sandwich the top and bottom strips on your real lashes, which connect the magnets — your natural eyelashes will be in the middle of the magnetized sections. After that, the amped-up lashes are totally secure and locked in place until they’re separated and slid off.

My first experience with this trend was with One Two Lash ($69). I was surprised at how foolproof it was to apply these, even from the first time I tried them, which made them an instant favorite of mine. The teeny magnets on the strips are so lightweight you completely forget you’re wearing them, making them incredibly comfortable to sport all day and night. They give your eyes a ton of extra definition without looking (or feeling) heavy, and they’re reusable. Genius.

While I love One Two Lash, it’s pretty pricey for a single set. That’s why when I tried Ardell Magnetic Eyelashes ($14) and Accents ($14) when they launched in January, I was hooked. The thick, lush falsies sandwich my real lashes just as easily as One Two Lash does, but at a much more affordable price. They apply so seamlessly that I’ve actually forgotten I was wearing them and fallen asleep in them. That said, I can remove them in about five seconds flat when I slide the top and bottom in opposite directions. It’s infinitely better than scrubbing off lash glue and they’re way less damaging overall. Once you go magnetic, you’ll totally forget falsies — and this is a trend I see sticking around.

It’s 2023 – everyone knows about skincare routines. At this point, we've even branched out into taking more targeted care of the skin on our hands and décolletage. While our routines may already touch on the tender skin around our eyes and neck, what about our actual eyes? As a visually able person, I sometimes take my eyesight for granted, but I realize it’s important to recognize the gift of sight and take better care of my eyes. Incorporating an eye care routine may not be something you’ve ever thought of doing, but we’re here to show you why it’s so important.

Why should I take care of my eyes?

Age-related eye conditions and diseases are more frequent in women than in men, according to The Society for Women’s Health Research. These conditions include glaucoma, macular degeneration, and cataracts. Certain diseases can also result in trouble seeing clearly, or complete loss of vision. There are lots of external factors that can affect the eyes that we may not think twice about, but these can lead to varying degrees of disease or discomfort over time.

"Many people may notice symptoms like red, tired eyes, as well as burning and itching of the eyes that are commonly due to underlying dry eye and blepharitis, inflammation of the eyelids," says Ophthalmologist Dr. Kelsi Greider-Sideris, MD. She has a special interest in treating dry eye and is one of the few ophthalmologists trained to use the Lumenis OptiLight system to treat dry eye. "These symptoms are typically exacerbated by things like air conditioning, heating, contact lens wear, and screen time."

With all of that in mind, it seems increasingly more important to also consider your personal eye health in assessing your overall well-being.

What's an eye care routine?

Photo by Angela Roma / PEXELS

An eye care routine is a tailored plan you can follow to take proper care of your eyes and vision. You can develop a routine that works for you on your own, but we think it's a good idea to work with your eye doctor as well.

"Eyesight is often determined by your genetics and once your eyesight starts to deteriorate you cannot reverse it naturally," says Dr. Maria Montero, an ophthalmologist, surgeon, mother, and mentor with Orbis International. "You can follow an easy and simple routine to maintain your health."

Elements of a healthy eye care routine include eye exams, eating healthy foods, exercising, not smoking, avoiding getting bacteria near the eyes, taking your makeup off, and wearing preventative eyewear. Learn more about each step below.

Regular Eye Exams

Eye exams aren't just about getting new frames or contacts. At these appointments, doctors can monitor for eye diseases and abnormalities as well. This is some of the best preventative eye care you can give yourself, especially since most eye conditions are easily treatable or delayed when caught in early stages.

"It's important to visit your eye doctor at least once a year for a checkup," Dr. Montero said. "Even if you have perfect vision, you should still visit the eye doctor because they can detect eye conditions or other health problems."

Exercising Regularly

Photo by Polina Tankilevitch / PEXELS

Incorporating exercise into your routines can improve blood flow to the retina and optic nerve. This reduces overall complications with the eyes, and helps prevent eye conditions and diseases.

Eating Healthy Foods

When you were a kid, your grandmother may have told you to eat your carrots for healthy eyes as a kid, and she wasn't really wrong. Certain types of foods are great for maintaining good eyesight. Those include:

  • Dark, leafy greens like kale
  • Heart-healthy fish like salmon
  • Fruits and veggies that are high in Vitamins C and E

Not Touching Your Eyes With Dirty Hands

Photo by Darina Belonogova / PEXELS

Reducing exposure to bacteria is crucial in your ocular upkeep. If you have to touch your eyes, or even the skin close to them, make sure you thoroughly wash your hands before and after.

Not Smoking

If you’re a regular smoker, it could mean you’re twice as likely to develop macular degeneration and cataracts. The chemicals you inhale can negatively affect the flow of blood and oxygen to your eyes, resulting in further complications.

Maintaining Clean Makeup Brushes and Not Sharing Makeup

Healthy contact with your eyes means making sure you clean anything that gets close to them. This includes makeup brushes and other applicators without a doubt, as mascara wands and eyeshadow brushes can harbor tons of bacteria that could harm the eyes. You want to wash and disinfect them regularly, and definitely beware of sharing any applicators with friends.

"Make sure you choose high quality, hypoallergenic makeup, and remember to wash brushes and swap out your mascara for a fresh one every month," Dr. Greider-Sideris said. "There are makeup brands that are ophthalmologist tested and even ophthalmologist developed."

The same thing goes for beauty treatments like eyelash extensions, Dr. Montero said. It's important to be educated on how they can affect your eyes. "They're trendy right now, and generally are safe for your eyes," she said. "I recommend that you only go to a reputable salon with experienced personnel that uses high-quality glue. The glue can be harmful if it gets in your eye, causing a corneal burn or laceration. If the eyelash technician is not experienced or not using the right products, it can cause damage to your eyes."

Taking Your Makeup Off Before Bed

Dr. Yuna Rapoport, MD, MPH, and Board-Certified Ophthalmologist at Manhattan Eye recommends removing makeup thoroughly every night, using a gentle eye makeup remover, then doing a brief heat treatment. “I also recommend doing 30 seconds of heat to help open up the meibomian glands. Meibomian glands are important to the lubrication of the eye. If those glands are clogged, then the eye can develop aqueous deficiency dry eye. Heat treatment can be as simple as taking a clean washcloth in hot (but not burning!) water and leaving it on the eyelids for 30 seconds.”

Avoiding Harmful Skincare Near The Eyes

Photo by Shiny Diamonds / PEXELS

Certain ingredients found in skincare creams and serums can impact the eyes. “Vitamin A derivatives like Accutane and Retin-A can be toxic to the oil glands that line our eyelids that are important for lubricating the eye's surface,” Dr. Greider-Sideris said. “It is important to be aware that their use can lead to severe dry eye, so avoid getting Retin-A close to the eyelids.”

Sporting Protective Eyewear

Photo by Anna Shvets / PEXELS

Eyewear is a true two in one – glasses look chic, and also protect your eyes from harm. Wear sunglasses when you’re outside to protect your eyes from UV rays. Blue light glasses are a game-changer when it comes to working from home and scrolling social media. Try wearing safety glasses or goggles when you’re doing messy yard work or DIYs – they’ll block debris that irritate the eyes.

Do I need an eye care routine?

If you’re aiming to take the best care of your eyes, an eye care routine is absolutely necessary. Considering all of the factors above will put you ahead of the curve in the realm of eye care, helping you see well into your future.

Blake Lively is as multifaceted as they come. She's an actress who has starred in titles like Gossip Girl, A Simple Favor, and The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants (plus the upcoming adaptation of It Ends With Us). She's the founder of Betty Buzz, which has a variety of non-alcoholic mixers that taste just as good on their own as they do with liquor. And, she's also a mom. Lively has been outspoken about protecting her children from the paparazzi, making rare public appearances with them for events like her husband Ryan Reynolds' Hollywood Walk Of Fame Ceremonyandcozy date nights.

When Lively and Reynolds seemingly announced the birth of their fourth child last year, we melted. Here's everything you need to know about Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively's kids.

Is Blake Lively in any of Ryan Reynolds' movies?

Image via Paramount Pictures

Yes, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have been in the same movies! After meeting during the production of Green Lantern, Blake Lively has a role as an imaginary friend in Ryan Reynolds' new movie IF. In the film, Blake plays a kitten, and it looks like the child who dreamed her up also loves the ocean! This spring movie follows Ryan Reynolds' character and his neighbor Bea, who set out to save all the imaginary friends. It looks like such a fun watch and I can't wait to see the role Blake plays!

The movie also stars director John Krasinski, Cailey Fleming, Fiona Shaw, Alan Kim, Liza Colón-Zayas, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Louis Gossett Jr., and Steve Carell.

How do Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively prioritize their kids?

Image via Jamie McCarthy/Getty Images for Michael Kors

Blake Lively recently joined an episode of her Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants' costar Amber Tamblyn's Further Adoand revealed the one unbreakable rule she made with Ryan Reynolds.

“When Ryan and I got together, we made a rule not to work at the same time,” she says. “So that we could always prioritize our personal life...That takes working really hard when we're not. Just like financial planning and sustaining that; it takes balance.”

I love that Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are serious about their family life, and that they have identified what works for them and are sticking with it.

Is Taylor Swift friends with Blake Lively's kids?

Yes, Taylor Swift loves Blake Lively's kids! At the Philadelphia show of the Eras Tour, in which Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively attended, Taylor said hello from the stage.

One funny detail about Ryan Reynolds' kids that I love is when he mentioned the girls finally realized Taylor Swift was a popstar. "I think what's most exciting for them is that for the longest time they just thought Taylor's just like an aunt, like a friend of Mommy and Daddy that's very, very close, almost family," he tellsThe Jess Cagle Show. "And then they went to a concert one day and were like, 'Ohhhhh, this isn't a hobby.'"

For Super Bowl Sunday, Blake Lively joined Taylor Swift to support beau (and KC Chiefs tight end) Travis Kelce. "Last week I left my kids for the first time ever," she says on Instagram. "I took pictures upside down and had no clue. I treated a friendship bracelet like a Flat Stanley for my husband like I didn’t realize it wasn’t ‘07. I borrowed more jewelry than the skeleton in the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. And I went clubbing. Now I know what my episode of TheTwilight Zone would look like."

How has motherhood affected Blake Lively?

Photo by Dimitrios Kambouris/Staff/Getty Images Entertainment via Getty Images;Art by Claire Shadomy/B+C

Blake Lively recently opened up about how Ryan Reynolds and she monitor screen safety for their kids, which is definitely something top-of-mind in 2024. “This is not an ad. I get nothing out of this. I just love @tappityapp,” she said of the STEM-focused educational app. “It’s engaging, informative, fun and they care about safety."

She also jokes that she's learning new things right along with her daughters! But, no matter how educational or fun an app is, Blake Lively also emphasizes the importance of engaging with her kids' devices: "I’m always triple checking any kids app constantly for safety because that’s my responsibly not an app’s, but I do LOVE this one.”

Despite its fun and funny moments, the actress has admitted being a mom is hard, but she did it with her signature dry sense of humor. “BettyBooze at your service," she wrote in an Instagram Story announcing the new brand. "These are recipes I’ve been making for loved ones for years. But I have 4 kids now. And I’m tired. So here they are. In a can."

However, Lively absolutely loves motherhood, and says in a 2022 interview with Forbes that having children has made her feel more comfortable in her own skin. "Once I had children, that just became even more profound because my time was even more precious, but also I think having children for me made me feel so much more in my skin," she says. "I never felt more myself or at ease in my own body or more confident — not to say that there aren't a bevy of insecurities coming at me a million times a day, but I just feel incredibly settled."

Speaking with People in 2021, Lively also explains how important it is that her children see her accomplish things outside the home. "I want to be as present of a mother as humanly possible and I want them to feel my presence, but I also think the best way to be the best mother is to show them that you can have a life and have a passion and have an identity outside of just being a mother," Lively says.

While she acknowledges that motherhood is all-encompassing, and it looks different for everyone, she knows that having your own identity is very important. "Teaching them that they can maintain themselves and that everything is possible [is crucial]," she adds.

How many children do Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have?

Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively's children are four girls. They welcomed their third daughter in 2019, making this new addition to the family their fourth kid.

When did Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have their daughters?

Photo by Dimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images for Gabrielle's Angel Foundation

Blake Lively's children were all born in the last 10 years. Blake Lively's kids' names are James, Inez, Betty, and a fourth baby whose name they haven't announced yet. She gave birth to James in 2014, while Inez was born in 2016. Lively gave birth to Betty in 2019 and their fourth baby in February of 2023. I'm hoping that we might find out Ryan Reynolds' new baby's name in honor of her first birthday!

Why did Blake Lively name her daughter James?

The couple decided to name their daughter James after Reynolds' late father. While the name connects both James and Reynolds to his father, it also gives Lively the chance to bond with her daughter over having historically male names. "I liked having a boy's name," Lively said on Good Morning Americain 2015. "I thought I'd pass it on."

Their third daughter Betty's name is a tribute to Lively's late father. We didn't know the name of the couple's third baby until Taylor Swift used all three names in her 2020 album folklore. Swift also used James' voice at the beginning of her 2017 track "Gorgeous"! Does that mean we'll hear one of Ryan Reynolds' children in Reputation (Taylor's Version)? I hope so!

What has Ryan Reynolds said about raising their kids?

Per People, Ryan Reynolds has made it clear he and Blake are wholly invested in the kids' daily lives. The doting husband and father enjoys the moments of "walking them to school and walking them back" as it deepens their bond. More than anything, Ryan and Blake's main goal is to make sure they teach their kids how to be introspective with Ryan saying, "...that's the thing we sort of hang our hat on the most is self-awareness with our kids."

However, that doesn't mean Blake and Ryan don't absolutely love being parents. "We're very excited [and] we wouldn't do this four times if we didn't love it," he says in an interview with CNBC's Power Lunch. "Everybody's doing great. Everybody's actually doing fantastic. I think if we hadn't figured it out by now, I think we'd be in deep, deep trouble."

"It's a zoo over here," he jokes. "This is my office here, this is where I'll probably — to be honest, I'll probably spend the rest of my life in here."

We love how much energy Ryan and Blake are pouring into their kids. It's always beautiful when parents are able to be present with their kids and teach them how to be present with themselves. Ryan Reynolds has also mentioned how having daughters "has been such a ride." Since he comes from a family of all boys, having daughters is something that was beyond his wildest dreams! “I love being a girl dad,” Ryan tells Access. “I have three daughters, which I never in a million years would imagine.”

He mentioned his newest daughter in June of 2023, when he announced his new series Bedtime Stories. "The idea for a show made to help everyone fall asleep was born the same day as my fourth child," he says on Instagram.

Did Blake Lively have a 4th baby?

Photo by Emma McIntyre/Getty Images for American Cinematheque

Blake Lively posted a pic on Super Bowl Sunday showing what appears to be a post-baby body with the caption "Been busy."

Lively confirmed her fourth pregnancy in September 2022 when she arrived at her Forbes event in NYC cradling a baby bump and by posting her own personal photos on Instagramhoping that "the 11 guys waiting outside [her] home for a 🦄 sighting will leave [her] alone."

What gender is Ryan and Blakes 4th child?

Image via Jamie McCarthy/Getty Images

Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively's newest baby, who was born in February of 2023, is a girl! Reynolds explained on the Today Show that they "never find out" until the baby is born, and whether they decide to reveal it is totally up to them. So, does Ryan Reynolds have a son? So far, not yet, but I'm a firm believer in never say never ;).

What is the name of Blake Lively's 4th baby?

Photo by Pascal Le Segretain/Getty Images

Since Taylor Swift used the Blake Lively's kids names in folklore, Swifties think they've guessed Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds' new baby's name.

"Calling it now Blake Lively & Ryan Reynolds baby is going to be named Daisy Mae," Kaitlyn Kersten tweeted after the release of Taylor Swift's Midnights in October 2022 (the name is mentioned in "You're On Your Own Kid").

One thing is for sure: Ryan Reynolds doesn't plan on spilling the details of their fourth baby's name anytime soon. He appeared on the Today show earlier today and made a cheeky joke about it after the hosts urged him to spill the beans. He said, "We always wait for Taylor to tell us what the child's name will be. We'll say this: we're still waiting."

While we still don't have official word on what Ryan Reynolds' new baby name is, we do think that James, Inez, Betty, and Daisy sound great together!

Do Blake and Ryan have nannies?

Image via Jamie McCarthy / Staff

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds' children don't have a nanny. "I feel like I could sometimes have a bit of a short fuse, but there's just been this weirdly endless supply of patience," Ryan told GQ in 2015. "I have no problem waking up five times in the middle of the night and changing diapers, and as exhausted as you get, I have this stupid grin on my face all the time."

How long have Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively been married?

Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively have been married for 11 years. The couple got married in 2012 at a former slave plantation in South Carolina, a location that the couple is "unreservedly sorry for," Reynolds told Fast Company in 2020.

How did Blake and Ryan meet?

Image via François Duhamel/DC Comics/Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc.

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds met on the set of their film Green Lantern in 2010. After they filmed the movie, they ended up going out with other people, until a train ride changed everything! “Next thing you know, she was going to Boston, and I was going to Boston,” Ryan says on an episode of the SmartLess podcast. “So we got on a train and rode together and then, you know, I was just begging her to sleep with me.” Their relationship quickly evolved to the one we know and love today!

Was Blake Lively married before Ryan Reynolds?

Ryan Reynolds is Blake Lively's first husband, but before they got married, the actress dated her Gossip Girl costar Penn Padgley and also reportedly dated Leonardo DiCaprio. Ryan Reynolds was married to MCU star Scarlett Johansson from 2008 to 2010.

Who is Blake Lively's half sister?

Photo by Christopher Polk/Getty Images for People's Choice Awards

Blake Lively's half-sister is Robyn Lively. Robyn also works in Hollywood, just like Blake's brother Eric Lively and brother-in-law Bart Johnson.

Bags

Lagos 5L Hiking Hydration Hip Pack

$50, was $100

This hip pack is the ultimate hydration hack for hiking, running, or even biking. It's fitted with a 2L reservoir and 3L of storage space (we're talking pockets on pockets) for on-the-go essentials like snacks and SPF! According to Cotopaxi, it clocks in at 10 ounces, making it a super lightweight option that won't weigh you down (back pain, who?). The back panel that meets your body opposite the adjustable straps is made of breathable mesh for added comfort.

Lagos 15L Hiking Hydration Pack

$72.50, was $145

If you need a larger hydration option with endless storage possibilities, this on-sale pack's the one for you! It comes complete with a 2.5L reservoir for water, while the remaining 12.5L is meant to hold additional gear (think clothes, headlamps, and camp shoes). This Coto backpack is exceptionally comfy to wear – it's designed with a ventilated, breathable back panel to air you out and waist belt wings to help take the heavy load off your back. If you already know you'll need more water on your backpacking trip or long day hike, this bag's also fitted with mesh bottle pockets on either side! It's another great lightweight option as it weighs 1 lb 7 oz.

Todo 16L Convertible Tote

$42.50, was $85

Did someone say 2-in-1? This sleek convertible piece is a backpack and a tote bag all at once. It's perfect for airplane travel, easily sliding under your seat or in the overhead storage space. $52.50, was $75

This is the supreme Cotopaxi bag for hands-free adventures. Its adjustable strap can be customized for a fanny pack or crossbody fit, but either way, you'll be styling. As opposed to the Lagos Hip Pack, this one doesn't have a water reservoir, so it's best for short excursions. It'd be a lifesaver for any airport shenanigans you have coming up, since it enables super easy access to your phone, passport, wallet, and whatever else you wanna take with you! It's also compatible with the Allpa Travel Pack, measuring about 11 x 8 x 3.5 in to fit conveniently around it.

Jackets

Fuego Hooded Down Jacket

$147.50, was $295

It's no wonder Cotopaxi's Fuego jacket is one of their most beloved. The retro-esque striped gradient colorway gives total summer sunset vibes, which look good no matter if you're on the trail or roaming around the city. It's a total master at insulation (with 800-fill down) and repelling water (with a nylon shell construction), making comfort key. The scuba hood wraps around your head for maximized warmth – same with the zippered hand pockets on either side. Now is the best time to grab a summer camping-winter walking coat like this, since you're literally saving nearly $150.

Abrazo Fleece Half-Zip Jacket

$55, was $120

The fun, bright red colorway on this fleece ensures that you won't be missed on the trail. The contrasting zippered chest pocket gives your look some extra-stylish oomph that's practical for holding small items, too. The jacket itself boasts a half-zip that looks stunning in any configuration. The cuffs and collar are elastic, so you've definitely got some room to breathe and move around in this piece!

Teca Fleece Hooded Full-Zip Jacket

$70, was $140

Just as good a base layer as it is alone, this fleece is madly versatile for many different weather situations and activities. The iconic multicolor stripes are very cool in their own way, but what makes this garment even better is the fact that it's made from recycled fleece and repurposed polyester taffeta materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill! The full-length zipper and classic hood give you a good range of options for how to wear this jacket for the utmost comfort and confidence.

Cielo Rain Jacket

$72.50, was $145

This retro-inspired waterproof jacket might just be one of the freshest pieces of rain gear we've ever seen! It's highly breathable, being made from a medley of PFC-free recycled materials and mesh layers. Summer rain storms are truly no match! The zippered hand and chest pockets provide ample storage space for any small necessities you'd like to keep on-hand. In addition to this pink-orange options, there are 3 more colorways (blue, yellow, and black) to shop on sale right now.

Teca Half-Zip Windbreaker

Most ideal for windy days, the Teca Half-Zip Windbreaker still lets you tackle to gusts in style. Though it's a beast at blocking out strong winds, it's also impressively breathable! There's a back panel vent that covers the lower half of your back and lets fresh air in without letting a single chill sneak by. It's perfect for those mild, temperate days where you still may find cool breezes in the shade. The two side pockets are streamlined in their open-faced design for tucking your hands into. The fact that you can snag this piece in the iconic sunset gradient coloration for half off is pretty nice, too.

Described as a "hybrid layer" that provides "even distribution of warmth," the Trico Jacket boasts panels of high pile fleece and 100% recycled synthetic insulation for extra coziness. It has a generously-sized hood as well as side pockets for colder moments, and a zippered chest pocket for storing the small stuff. Not to mention this electric magenta and burnt orange coloration is just stunning!

Teca Fleece Pullover

$50, was $100

No zips here – only buttons. This pullover is easy to throw on and off. It has snap buttons placed all the way up to the collar, but it also folds down stylishly when unbuttoned. The fleece material is fairly thin, so this one works best as a midlayer or light jacket. The kangaroo pockets speak to its casual vibes, making it perfect for everyday wear, from the office to the grocery store!

Teca Crop Jacket

$40, was $80

The cropped shape on this Cotopaxi jacket absolutely gives it a trendier feel, and we are very here for it! It's a wonderful light layer for chilly mornings-turned hot afternoons (IYKYK), and it's meant to fit loosely so you don't feel swamped at any point. There's an adjustable bungee at the hem that allows you to customize your perfect fit, too. The thin material makes this a very packable contender for extended travel!

Lighter Gear

Paseo Travel Crop T-Shirt

$27,50, was $55

Sometimes summer's sunnier days don't call for a single layer, which is why Cotopaxi offers lighter garments for sweat-worthy moments. This super-soft crew neck tee is crafted from an odor-resistant, quick-drying material for those exact occasions! Though practical AF, the cropped silhouette still gives this piece a trendy air. In addition to this tan color, there's a pink, blue, and yellow version on sale (50% off).

Sombra Sun Hoodie

$35, was $70

This sun hoodie already has UPF 50+ protection built in, which is crucial for long days spent in the sun. Even if it's hot, protection from harmful rays is important! Even if it does feel like a million degrees out, this pullover feels like nothing. It's super light and breathable. It flaunts thumbholes for added coverage and practicality, plus a tiny pocket along the back side for any must-haves.

Mari Crop Top

$30, was $60

Okay, fun and colorful! You're gonna be the coolest gal on the trail (or at the gym!) when you sport this cropped tank top. It's entirely movement-friendly, but still uber-stylish with a serene color scheme and cross-back straps. It's made from a quick-dry fabric that feels like heaven, even if you're breaking a sweat.
