Fashion faux pas, no more! If you’re not already on the Birkenstock bandwagon, then that’s about to change. The brand behind those ugly-pretty sandals you notoriously love to hate just teamed up with Barneys New York for a limited edition collaboration, and we’re here for it. The brand released two It girl-approved iterations of their popular Arizona double-strap sandals that — dare we say it — you’ll actually want to be seen in.

Described as “classically functional, yet whimsical and innovative,” the shearling-lined sandals (available in black patent and gray suede) retail at $290 and $270 respectively. Barneys Fashion Director Marina Larroudé said, “From a creative perspective, it gave us a unique opportunity to combine the Barneys aesthetic with Birkenstock’s DNA, while maintaining our visual language.”

In honor of the high-fashion release, the Birkenstock Box functioned as a mobile retail concept in NYC’s Meatpacking District. Didn’t make it to the pop-up? Shop the limited edition pairs below.

Birkenstock Arizona Shearling in Patent Leather ($290): Upcoming GNO? You better be rocking these pink fuzzy-strewn slides alongside a slinky slip dress and a leather moto jacket for a don’t-mess-with-me ‘tude.

Birkenstock Arizona Big Buckle Shearling in Suede ($270): Between the gray suede and bright blue shearling footbed, these ceaselessly chic steppers are about to be in constant rotation with an oversized knit and frayed hem jeans.

Eva Chen, we see you! She captioned her signature #EvaChenPose, “Mom jeans, fuzzy Birks, and a teeny sparkly Chanel: Most random combination ever, but I’m tired to think at this point.”
