We all want 25 hours in the day, but news flash: That ain’t gonna happen anytime soon, folks. The best we can do is find efficiencies throughout the day and use that extra free time to, in part, do something we love. For us, that’s DIY (surprise, surprise!). With the help of Dunkin’ Donuts and the new On-the-Go Ordering function for DD Perks Members, we’ll show you how to customize a phone case in minutes and add a little more FUN to your techcessories.
Why Dunkin’, you say? The game-changing New Dunkin’ App is why we have these precious extra moments in the first place! The app has On-the-Go-Ordering for DD Perks Members, so we can now order Dunkin’ ahead, skip the line in-store and expedite the v. necessary voyage for daily coffee and treats.
Materials + Tools:
— plain phone case
— acrylic paint
— paint brushes
— clear varnish
1. Create a brushstroke pattern with multiple colors, then let it dry.
2. Add small dots in a darker paint color and let it dry again.
3. Add a coat of clear varnish and let dry. You’re done!
Because we top the case off with varnish, you could use other types of paint instead of acrylic. Just be sure to test the paint on the phone case — some plastic finishes take paint better than others.

Add a coat of clear varnish and wait until it fully dries before using your phone.
And PRESTO, you’ve just gussied up your phone case in minutes! Give yourself a pat on the back.
Cute phone case, iced coffee and a donut: Can’t think of a better AM commute combo :) Cheers!
Are you making this phone case? If so, we want to see the results! Share a photo on Instagram with the hashtag #iamcreative and #KeepOn so we can check it out.
