Triscuit Ice Cream Sandos

Ingredients:

– Triscuit crackers

– vanilla bean ice cream

– milk chocolate

– fresh mint

Directions:

1. Place a scoop of ice cream on a Triscuit cracker. Sprinkle ice cream with chopped mint and shaved milk chocolate. Top with another Triscuit cracker. Enjoy!

Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients: 

– 1 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 2 eggs

– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In  a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix together.

2. Scoop dough out 1 teaspoon at a time and drop onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool. Enjoy!

Glazed Donut Holes

Ingredients:

– 1 16.3-oz package biscuit dough

– 1 cup powdered sugar

– 4 tablespoons milk

– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Using a 1-inch round cookie or biscuit cutter, cut out your donut holes. Place the dough on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

2. In a small bowl, mix together the powdered sugar, vanilla and milk. Dip donut holes in glaze. Enjoy!

– creamy peanut butter

– milk chocolate

– marshmallows

1. Preheat oven to broil. Spread creamy peanut butter on a Triscuit cracker and top with a marshmallow. Place cracker on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 10-15 seconds, until the marshmallow starts to brown.

2. Remove from oven and top with a piece of milk chocolate and another Triscuit cracker. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

– 1 1/2 cups Nutella

– 1/2 cup flour

– 2 eggs

– 3 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix together Nutella, flour, eggs and vanilla. Scoop batter into a lined mini muffin tin.

2. Bake for 9-11 minutes. Let cool. Enjoy!
