  • 4-10 slices of white and pumpernickel聽bread
  • 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup of Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon of butter (for pan)

Instructions:

1. Add the butter to a skillet over medium-high heat and let it melt.

2. While the butter is melting, pour the pre-made tomato soup in a medium-size pan, and heat it up over medium-high heat. Make sure to constantly stir the soup so it doesn鈥檛 burn at the bottom.

3. Once the soup has been heated, slowly add the grated cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted. Turn down the heat, and let the soup simmer for five minutes.

4. Create the grilled cheese sandwiches and place them in the skillet with the melted butter. Make three to six sandwiches, depending on how many people you鈥檒l have.

5. When the sandwiches have slightly cooled down, cut them into small squares and place them on a serving dish.

6. Serve the mini grilled cheeses together with the tomato soup with fondue forks.
