Gwyneth Paltrow鈥檚 relationship with Goop hasn鈥檛 always been clear, with the celeb at times claiming that she intends to separate herself from the brand before revealing that she鈥檚 teaming up with one of the industry鈥檚 biggest names to take her publication to the next level. But through it all, Paltrow always seems to be behind every hint of Goop. That鈥檚 why her latest confession about the site is both shocking and weirdly relatable.

Gwyneth Paltrow _ Goop

鈥淚 don鈥檛 know what the f*ck we talk about,鈥 she admitted last night on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Granted, she鈥檚 not alone, with Goop liberally using terms like 鈥yoni,鈥 鈥spirit truffles,鈥 and 鈥vaginal steaming.鈥 *shrugs*

Specifically, when asked about 鈥淓arthing,鈥 Paltrow explained, 鈥淥ne of the things we like to do on Goop is find what the alternative world says about feeling good in the modern day world鈥 they say that we鈥檝e lost touch with being barefoot in the Earth and there鈥檚 some type of electromagnetic thing that we鈥檙e missing, so it鈥檚 good to take your shoes off and walk in the grass.鈥 Okay, that doesn鈥檛 sound too weird and actually seems kinda nice (who doesn鈥檛 love to walk in the grass with bare feet? As long as there鈥檚 not dog poop in the area).

However, Paltrow admitted that, frankly, she doesn鈥檛 鈥渁ctually know that much about Earthing.鈥 And that鈥檚 when she laughed and threw in, 鈥淚 don鈥檛 know what the f*ck we talk about.鈥 Paltrow may not be in the loop, but let鈥檚 hope *someone* behind the scenes does in fact know what 鈥渢he f*ck鈥 they鈥檙e talking about, considering it鈥檚 not only a 鈥渕odern lifestyle brand,鈥 but also claims to offer 鈥渃utting-edge wellness advice.鈥

This is probably a good time to remember that you should consult a medical professional before relying on any serious health advice from a celebrity.
