Kim Kardashian Revealed Her Weight + How She’s Staying Healthy Post-Baby
Although there can be a heck of a lot of pressure for new moms in regards to like, oh EVERYTHING they do (just ask Chrissy Teigen, who peeved off peeps just for going out to dinner), Kim Kardashian is no stranger to both her bod and her mama-ness being in the spotlight. Moms (and all ladies and gents) should love their bods as they are, and living your healthiest life is always the goal. Since baby Saint, Kim K has been documenting her fitness journey, and girlfriend revealed her current weight down to the tenth of an ounce today — and all the healthy methods she took to get there.
“This time I think weight has come off quicker than last time because I kind of learned how to eat better,” Kim was quoted telling People. “Last time I worked out a little bit harder. This time I’m eating differently.”
Last time would be, of course, her pregnancy and weight loss after the birth of daughter North West. This time around, Kim put on about 70 pounds of baby weight, and she’s trying out something a little different. Kim has been adhering to a lean Atkins diet of proteins, healthy fats and ABSOLUTELY ZERO sugar. While that certainly doesn’t sound like much fun, hats off to Kim for her dedication. Today, Kim has shared with fans that she’s down to 135.8 lbs, adding the caption, “Yaaaassssss!!!! #Atkins.”
Congratulations on the dedication, girl, but remember, you’re gorgeous at any size!
