‘Jersey Shore’ Star Sammi ‘Sweetheart’ Giancola Is Engaged!
Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola is officially off the market! The former Jersey Shore star got engaged to boyfriend Christian Biscardi on Monday, March 4, and revealed the news in a sweet Instagram post showing her future husband getting down on one knee.
“I’m completely overwhelmed with happiness,” Giancola wrote on Instagram. “Yesterday was the best day of my life! I get to marry my other half, best friend, and soulmate. I look forward to spending the rest of my life with you @_biscardi I love you!! #Fiance #MrsBiscardi #Stillcryingtearsofhappiness.”
Biscardi also celebrated the engagement on Instagram, writing that he was “beyond excited to get to marry my best friend!”
Both shared a snap of Biscardi getting down on one knee as he put a ring on his bride-to-be’s finger. In the pic, Giancolo holds her other hand up in surprise, and while we can’t see her face, we’d bet some happy tears were shed, too.
Giancola’s Jersey Shore castmates were quick to get in the comments with their congratulations. “OMG I’M SCREAMING SAMANTHA! I LOVE YOU!! You deserve the world and I love him!!” Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi wrote.
Jenni “JWoww” Farley, meanwhile, commented, “Omg omg omg!!! I’m so freaking happy for you,” and Angelina Pivarnick joked, “FINALLY!!!”
Even Giancola’s fiancé, Biscardi, took to the comments. “I love you and I’m equally thrilled that no one is going to tell me to put a ring on it 76,000 times a day!” he quipped.
The couple have been dating since 2017. Their relationship hasn’t been documented on the popular Jersey Shore reboot, though, because Giancola declined to appear. She reportedly didn’t want to revisit any drama with her ex-boyfriend Ronnie Ortiz-Magro.
