Gigi Hadid was spotted in New York City earlier this week, debuting a new (albeit familiar) hair color. The Maybelline ambassador, 22, has gone back to her roots — literally — and dyed her hair a bright shade of blonde.
Tommy Hilfiger’s global ambassador was in town to celebrate the capsule collection of sunglasses that she designed for Vogue Eyewear. Hadid showed off her locks with a Barbie-pink pantsuit.
As recently as the CFDA Fashion Awards earlier this month, Hadid sported a warm, brassy bronde. But it seems like stars are just like us! They want to lighten-up their shade for the summer too.
And we also couldn’t help but notice that her new blonde hair harks back to her hair color as a kid. Last week, Hadid shared a baby photo of her and her brother Anwar, showing off their identical golden locks.
