Jamie Chung’s New Boho Bridal Collection Is Anything But Typical Bridesmaid Dresses
When Jamie Chung married Bryan Greenberg last Halloween, it was quite an affair — we mean, a Halloween wedding? So cool! But a lot of that also had to do with the bride’s show-stopping wedding *gowns.* Chung posed for photos in a lacy, high-neck LWD before changing into a plunging Monique Lhuillier wedding gown with sheer sleeves and a high slit to say “I Do.” Both looks we’re breathtakingly covetable — tough we really shouldn’t have been surprised considering what a style maven Chung is. Now, Chung is extending the invite to you to channel her boho bride vision with her new micro bridal line, a collaboration of three dresses with Privacy Please being sold exclusively online at Revolve.
These designs are right in line with Chung’s laid-back casual style: The A-line cuts don’t feel stuffy thanks to cascading ruffles, and the floor-sweeping length and subtly-sexy details like a scoop-neck back or sliver at the midriff make these appropriate at the most formal of events. The dresses come in a made-for-spring palette of soft pastels and petal patterns that stand out just enough without overshadowing the bride. Seriously, the designs are gorgeous and yes, everyone bridesmaid dress maker says this, but you can totally wear these again!
Called The Rebecca, The Karen and The Sarah, the dresses are very reminiscent of the theme of Chung’s bridal shower last fall. Let’s just say any of these would totally good with a flower crown. Grab one for your spring wedding now — prices from $228 to $248.
