Khloe Kardashian Lets You in on the Only Makeup Hack You’ll Need This Summer
Transitioning from season to season can be rough. Not only are you constantly wondering what to wear (is it a pants day again, or can I break out that new dress? Tights or no tights?), you’re also more likely to be in between foundation colors — not quite as light as you were in the dead of winter, but not bronzed enough to go a full shade darker — yet.
Lucky for you, a little blonde birdie named Khloé Kardashian just shared the only summer makeup hack you’ll need, from makeup artist Joyce Bonelli. Her genius trick for helping you get just the right foundation shade (and coverage!) without piling on pounds of your usual hue was divulged on Khloé’s app in just two simple words: Tinted. Moisturizer.
With enough of a tint to give you a little extra coverage, but still hydrating enough to not look cakey, a tinted moisturizer like this Joyce-approved Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer ($44) can not only help even out your makeup, it will add just the right hint of color to your regular foundation. Joyce suggests Marc Jacobs Re(marc)able Full Coverage Foundation ($55) for your pre-sun-kissed skin. Pretty genius, right?
It certainly seems to be working for Khloé — girl looks stunning!
