1. Jeopardy! Masters – May 1
Millions of viewers tune in each weeknight to catch the latest Jeopardy! contestants as they battle to answer tough trivia questions in order to win big cash prizes. Now, the third season of Jeopardy! Masters is scheduled to premiere on May 1 on Hulu.

There, they serve elite guests in a high-stakes luxury experience. Plus, a $30,000 bonus is also reportedly on the line for one standout team member, so viewers can expect things to get tense.

4. The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives (Season 2) – May 15
Following a scandalous first season, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is making a comeback with its second season on May 15. What started as a look at an influential group of Mormon mom influencers evolved into a full-blown spectacle, and Season 2 is set to delve deeper into the aftermath of the soft-swinging scandal that took TikTok by storm.

Also entering the Hulu library on May 15 is Season 2 of Undercover Billionaire, which follows entrepreneur Glenn Stearns. Seasons 5 and 6 of the fan-favorite reality show My Strange Addiction are hitting Hulu in two weeks, and the stories will likely be just as jaw-dropping as ever.
The series features half-hour episodes that spotlight two adults with severe and often bizarre compulsions. Past episodes have highlighted addictions from eating toilet paper to drinking nail polish, proving to be equally as fascinating as it is unsettling among audiences.

Nicole Kidman returns as the mysterious and intense Mash in Nine Perfect Strangers, which is back for a long-awaited second season. This time, a new group of emotionally drained city dwellers show up at a luxurious wellness retreat searching for transformation and discover that healing isn't always a peaceful journey.
Fans of The White Lotus may find this series binge-worthy due to its somewhat similar premise. It's also based on the best-selling novel by Liane Moriarty and is set to come out on May 21.

8. Adults – May 29
FX's Adults is a coming-of-age comedy for people who technically should have already, well, come of age. Set in New York City, it follows five twenty-something roommates trying to navigate the chaos of early adulthood while sharing everything from meals to minor breakdowns in one of their childhood homes.
Created by Ben Kronengold and Rebecca Shaw, this show offers an honest and hilariously unfiltered look at the messy transition from youth to responsibility. The eight-episode season is set to debut on May 29.
