Ingredients:
鈥 3-4 Tablespoons marinara sauce

鈥 handful of spinach

鈥 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

鈥 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

鈥 1/4 cup sliced baby portobello mushrooms

鈥 salt and pepper (optional)

1. Preheat the broiler to high.

2. Saut茅 spinach and mushrooms in a skillet over medium-high heat until softened and set aside.

3. Place four ramekins on a baking sheet.

5. Layer 1-2 tablespoons of mozzarella on top.
