Brace yourselves, Fast and Furious fans: The feud between Tyrese Gibson聽and Dwayne 鈥淭he Rock鈥 Johnson over the release date of Fast and Furious 9 just took another turn for the nasty.

Yesterday, the actor-singer made headlines when he accused The Rock of holding up the film鈥檚 production in pursuit of his own spinoff movie centered on his Fast character, Luke Hobbs. After assuring fans that he wouldn鈥檛 be deleting his post about the tension-inducing situation, Gibson, 38, doubled down on his stance, throwing even more jabs Johnson鈥檚 way.

Posting a photo of the original franchise cast, he wrote: 鈥淒iversity, love, multi ethnic worldwide multi generational, United Nations, One Race, Fast Family鈥︹︹ From there, he directed his attention back to his costar, adding, 鈥淸U]ntil Dewayne showed up.鈥

According to Gibson, the trouble stemmed from what he says was Johnson鈥檚 desire to be the film鈥檚 main focus: 鈥淚 guess this whole time he had a problem cause he wasn鈥檛 the ONLY ONE on the movie poster鈥︹︹.. I guess dreams do come true congratulations to @hhgarcia41 and @therock you guys are just amazing you really broke up the #FastFamily.鈥

The Ride Along 2 star also claimed that he tried to address what he felt was a looming issue before it ever got to this point, saying, 鈥淚 tried to warn you guys鈥 You thought I was hating鈥︹ I was simply fighting to keep the family together. What makes us great is when you see us all TOGETHER we don鈥檛 fly solo鈥.. I got 3 years of venting on this clown.鈥

He finished up the lengthy post by giving a nod to the film鈥檚 original cast members, claiming that while some had also been offered spinoffs, each had 鈥淭URNED IT DOWN!!!鈥

The Baywatch star has yet to respond, but another cast member may have chosen a side in the feud with a familial post of his own.

Uploading a shot of himself along with Paul Walker and Gibson with the simple caption, 鈥淏rotherhood鈥︹ Vin Diesel seemed to be indicating his stance on the divide with support of the latter.

Brotherhood...

While it鈥檚 entirely possible Diesel鈥檚 post is unrelated, it seems unlikely, especially since Gibson shared the upload, adding, 鈥淣ever confuse determination with desperation鈥.. What鈥檚 understood don鈥檛 have to be explained鈥︹ 44 million just got the memo鈥. Although it appears to be鈥. I鈥檝e never been in this alone鈥︹.. #PerceptionVsReality #FastFamily like I said we don鈥檛 fly solo.鈥
