Girl Scout Donuts Exist and We Can’t Stop Drooling at the Thought

Come this time of year, when it’s usually dreary and dark, there’s no better pick-me-up than a delicious Girl Scout cookie (besides, perhaps, these 15 Girl Scout cookie cocktails — YUM!).

The GS goodie empire has expanded recently with the addition of Girl Scout cookie cereal, and now, one donut shop in Oakhurst, New Jersey has just given us another reason to give a shout-out to the troops: Girl Scout cookie DONUTS.

Broad Street Dough Co. is offering up all your fave flavors in donut form, from Samoas (a regular donut dipped in warmed caramel and toasted coconut then drizzled with warm chocolate) to Thin Mints (a chocolate donut dipped in warm chocolate with chocolate mint crunchies), and yes, there’s even Tagalongs (a traditional donut that’s dipped in chocolate and topped with peanut butter) — and all of ‘em come with an accompanying cookie, natch.

According to the shop’s owner, Desdemona Dalia, her donuts usually last through July, as she buys several thousand boxes each year with which to make her stellar creations. She’s got a favorite troop too — “HUGE shoutout to Troop 781!” she posted to Instagram in a photo showing off her wares.

As one Instagram user put it best, “Admittedly, I just licked the screen.”

Is Raspberry Rally a Girl Scout cookie for 2024?

Sadly, after last year's cookie-scalping fiasco, the Raspberry Rally Girl Scout cookiewill not be available for the 2024 Girl Scout cookie season. The online-only Raspberry Rally flavor was a delicious raspberry shortbread cookie covered in chocolate, but it was so popular that it sold out in mere minutes.

Yes, Girl Scouts are able to take card. Girl Scouts can take cash or card for in-person for cookie payments, but just card for online payments. If you're buying boxes in-person, the Girl Scouts will enter your card details manually into a point-of-sale system called Digital Cookie to process your payment.

We hear a lot about celebrity breakups, but thankfully this doesn't apply to Rihanna and A$AP Rocky. Their relationship hass blossomed before our eyes like a modern day fairy tale, and we're here for our pop culture king and queen. It seems like just yesterday the loving couple welcomed their second baby while dodging marriage rumors.

Rumors have circulated about whether the pair are married or not, but they've been pretty quiet about it. What Rihanna has done is open up about how her relationship with A$AP Rocky began in a new candid interview. Below, she covers everything from that infamous VMA's performance to what's in store for their growing family

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky's Relationship Timeline

2012

While going down memory lane with Interview's Editori-in-Chief Mel Ottenberg, Rihanna opened up about her and A$AP Rocky's relationship timeline. She revealed the two didn't know each other prior to her 2012 VMA's performance of her single "Cockiness." No one can forget that A$AP Rocky was a part of her set and that he managed to spice things up by grabbing a handful of her bottom onstage.

2013

Although people assumed the two were dating when she appeared in the video for A$AP Rocky's song "Fashion Killa," Rihanna admits they weren't. It's easy to see how people would've assumed that because they've always had chemistry. She told Ottenberg that their friendship throughout the years was due to having similar perspectives. "We saw fashion the same. We saw creative the same. We ended up in the same circles a lot. And past that, when we grew up, we ended up supporting each other’s brands and products and creative all the time. I would wear his shit, he would show up to my launches."

2019

Although it would be juicy if Rihanna and A$AP Rocky's relationship stemmed from a steamy text, she alluded in her conversation with Interview that their love was more organic. She said, "We’ve known each other for a long time. I’ve seen him in relationships. He’s seen me in relationships. We’ve seen each other outside of relationships. We knew what we’re capable of, and the trouble that we could bring to each other’s lives. We can make or break each other’s hearts. And so, we started dating with a lot of caution."

She also said COVID had a huge impact of the solidifying their romantic relationship and that she doesn't regret how things unfolded for them.

2021

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky debuted their love — and style — on the red carpet of the 2021 Met Gala. By then, it was undeniable how they felt about each other.

2022 — 2023

The couple welcomed their sons — Rza and Riot — between 2022 and 2023, something they love gushing about. They're not shy about expressing their adoration for their growing family and have even admitted they're open to having more children if that's in the cards for them. Rihanna specifically told Interview, "I don’t know what god wants, but I would go for more than two. I would try for my girl. But of course if it’s another boy, it’s another boy."

Did A$AP Rocky call Rihanna his wife?

Image via Jamie McCarthy/Getty Images

Yes! During his performance at the 2023 Cannes Lions Festival, Rihanna was seen grooving to her love's music. Once he reached the second half of his performance, he gave her a huge, shocking shoutout. “I’d like to dedicate this song to my beautiful wife in the motherf–king building!”

Um, are you kidding us right now? His "beautiful wife?" We could hardly contain our excitement when we learned the news, and it seems Rihanna couldn't either because she was seen with a huge grin on her face. Ah, to be in love!

Image via Pascal Le Segretain/Getty Images

We can't help but wonder if their latest Met Gala look was a nod to their nuptials. I mean, a white dress and a tux? At fashion's biggest event? Seems suspicious, if you ask us!

Still, Rihanna and A$AP Rocky haven't issued a statement to the media about their marriage or a wedding ceremony. While we respect their privacy, we would be open to fawning over the beautiful bride and groom if they ever decide to release pictures.

Image via Pascal Le Segretain/Getty Images

As if that wasn't enough, A$AP Rocky released a song last year called "Riot (Rowdy Pipe'n)" that gives a little more relationship insight. In one lyric, he raps, "My wife is erotic, I’m smokin’ exotic."

We think they've been telling the world - "What's understood doesn't have to be explained."

Touché Rihanna and A$AP Rocky.

When it comes to‘90s recipes and foods we were *obsessed* with as kids, no sweet treat is more ubiquitous than the Girl Scout cookie. These wholesome bites of goodness truly offer something for everyone, from S’mores to Thin Mints to Tagalongs and beyond (they even have vegan options now!). You know what we’re equally obsessed with now that we’re adults? WINE. So it’s only natural that we should combine our two great loves for a delightful food and wine pairing (and maybe a cocktail or two?). We spoke with winemaker Charles Smithto get the scoop on the absolute *best* wines to pair with America’s favorite cookies — and they’re all under $25.

S’mores

1. Domaine des Hospices De Belleville Morgon ($23): S’mores are one of the newest cookies to be added to the Girl Scout roster. They’re made with graham cookies, uber-creamy chocolate, and sweet, fluffy marshmallows, so they’d be perfect for munching on around a campfire. Pair them with something dark and sweet, like Domaine des Hospices De Belleville Morgon, available at your neighborhood Trader Joe’s.

Thin Mints

2. CasaSmith ViNO Rosso ($15): Thin Mints may be the most well-known GSC there is. These thin, minty gems are equally crispy and sweet, making them a truly delicious indulgence. Pair them with bold, deep reds, like a Brunello, Merlot or Pinot Noir. CasaSmith ViNO Rosso is a perfect choice.

Caramel Delites/Samoas

3. Marqués de Riscal Rioja Reserva ($19): These coconut-dusted, super-toasted cookies are packed with caramel and drizzled with chocolate, making them the perfect match for a good Rioja. Pick up the Marqués de Riscal Rioja Reserva at Trader Joe’s.

Tagalongs

4. Wines of Substance Cabernet Sauvignon ($14): The name may be a bit nondescript, but anyone who’s ever had a Tagalong knows EXACTLY what they are. These cookies are comprised of a chocolaty cookie enveloping a layer of gooey peanut butter for the ultimate PB-chocolate combo. Pair them with a Cabernet Sauvignon or a Tawny Port, such as Wines of Substance Cabernet Sauvignon.

Shortbread/Trefoils

5. Charles Smith Wines Eve Chardonnay ($13): There’s something super sweet and innocent about shortbread, which is one of the reasons Shortbreads are one of our absolute favorite GSCs. You’ll want something crisp, light and refreshing to a pair with these. Charles Smith Wines Eve Chardonnay, available at Trader Joe’s, is a perfect choice.

Do-si-dos

6. Wines of Substance Sauvignon Blanc ($24): With oatmeal on the outside and creamy butter inside, these are *almost* considered healthy. We’ll take it. Pair your Do-si-dos with a Sauvignon Blanc or a Zinfandel — our fave is Wines of Substance Sauvignon Blanc.

Lemonades

7. Kung Fu Girl Riesling ($10): If you’re a big fan of lemon dessert recipes, chances are you spring for Lemonades with GSC season comes around. These are light and delicate, so you’ll want to pair them with a sweeter wine, such as Riesling. Kung Fu Girl Riesling, which is stocked at Trader Joe’s but also at tons of other grocery stores, is light, refreshing and just sweet enough to pair well with these perennial favorites.

Savannah Smiles

8. CasaSmith ViNO Rosé ($15): Packed with zesty lemon flavor and topped with sweet powdered sugar, Savannah Smiles would be perfect with a good rosé. We personally love CasaSmith ViNO Rosé.

Thanks-A-Lot

9. Meimoi Pinot Noir ($11): These shortbread cookies come with a delicious layer of rich fudge on the bottom, so they’re generally the go-to favorite of chocolate lovers everywhere. As such, they’d go well with a Pinot Noir, such as Meimoi Pinot Noir.

Toffee-tastic

10. Apothic Red Blend ($8): Love toffee? Then you’re probably nuts about Toffee-tastics, golden, buttery cookies with tons of crunchy toffee bits. If you’re springing for these tasty treats, pair them with a Red Blend. We love the uber-popular Apothic ($11).

Trios

11. Charles Smith Wines Boom Boom Syrah ($14): Last but certainly not least, Trios boast the ultimate flavor combination: peanut butter, oatmeal, and chocolate chips. And — bonus — they’re also gluten-free! The best pairing for these guys is a Dark Syrah, such as Charles Smith Wines Boom Boom Syrah ($17).

If you're a rom-com fan who also can't get enough of Jane Austen's books, you've probably seen the Bridget Jones movies. The story (which is loosely based on Pride & Prejudice) follows the titular Bridget Jones, a 30-something who sets out on a mission to improve herself over the course of a year while she looks for a partner. And, in true romantic movie form, she keeps a diary the whole time. Not only can we rewatch the original trilogy as many times as we want, but we're also getting a fourth movie! Here's everything we know about Bridget Jones 4.

Will there be a Bridget Jones 4?

Image via Giles Keyte/Universal Pictures

Yes, Bridget Jones 4 is on its way! Deadline confirmed that the new movie, officially titled Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy, is on its way. The film will follow Bridget in her early 50s as she juggles motherhood with all the other areas of her life. We don't know much else quite yet, but if it's anything like the rest of the series, Bridget Jones 4 is sure to have plenty of heart *and* humor.

When is Bridget Jones 4 coming out?

Image via Giles Keyte/Universal Pictures

Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy is scheduled to premiere on February 14, 2025. Romantic comedies are always the perfect choice for a Valentine's Day movie night, whether you're with your partner or celebrating with all your Galentines! Even though we have quite a way to go before we can watch the new movie, you can binge all three of the other Bridget Jones movies on Max now!

Is Mark Darcy in Bridget Jones 4?

Image via Giles Keyte/Universal Pictures

There's no word on whether Colin Firth's Mark Darcy will return for Bridget Jones 4, but never say never! We do know that Renée Zellweger will be back as Bridget Jones, and that we'll also see Hugh Grant return as Daniel Cleaver and Emma Thompson as Dr. Rawling. The movie also stars Chiwetel Ejiofor and The White Lotus & One Day star Leo Woodall.

Is there a fourth Bridget Jones book?

Image via Giles Keyte/Universal Pictures

Yes, there's a fourth Bridget Jones book, but it might surprise you to know the order of the titles is different than the order of the movies! Helen Fielding published the Bridget Jones's Diary column in the British newspaper The Independent, then published a novel version in 1996. The first book was followed by The Edge of Reason in 1999, Mad About the Boy in 2013, and Bridget Jones's Baby: The Diaries in 2016.

The film series is made up of Bridget Jones's Diary in 2001, Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason in 2004, Bridget Jones's Baby in 2016, and Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy in 2025.

Who was the father of Bridget Jones baby?

Image via Giles Keyte/Universal Pictures

At the end of the Bridget Jones's Babymovie, we learn that Mark Darcy is the father of Bridget Jones's baby, and the couple ends up getting married!

Are you excited to see Leo Woodall in Bridget Jones 4? What do you hope to see in the movie? Follow us on Facebook for more pop culture news!

After we binge watch all the best fresh and inspiring spring movies, and all the summer movies that capture the colorful, carefree nature of warmer months, it's time for fall movies! And the best part about these 2024 movies is, without a doubt, their casts. This year's fall flicks have some seriously big names attached to them (Pedro Pascal! Paul Mescal! Lady Gaga!), and they promise to be some of the best titles we've seen this year. Here are the most-anticipated fall movies to add to your watchlist in 2024.

Beetlejuice Beetlejuice — In Theaters September 6, 2024

Image via Warner Bros. Entertainment

This follow-up to Tim Burton's original Beetlejuice stars Jenna Ortega as Astrid, the daughter of Winona Ryder's iconic character Lydia. We don't have too many plot details about this fall movie, but considering Jenna promises Astrid is weird, it's safe to assume the movie plot will be just as strange as the original.

Beetlejuice 2 hits theaters September 6, 2024 and stars Jenna Ortega, Winona Ryder, Michael Keaton, Willem Dafoe, and Justin Theroux.

Transformers One — In Theaters September 13, 2024

Image via Paramount Pictures

Given the success of Barbie and the latest Transformers movie (not to mention the fact we're getting Polly Pocket and Sims movies too!), toy-themed films will always be a good idea. This fall movie serves as an origin story between two characters we know and love — Optimus Prime and Megatron — and traces how they went from friends to enemies.

Transformers One is in theaters September 13 and stars Scarlett Johansson, Chris Hemsworth, Brian Tyree Henry, Jon Hamm, Laurence Fishburne, and Keegan-Michael Key.

The Wild Robot — In Theaters September 20, 2024

Image via Universal Pictures

Roz is a robot who gets shipwrecked on a deserted island. In an effort to adapt to its surroundings, Roz begins to form relationships with the animals it meets — including an orphaned (and very cute) baby goose. Watch The Wild Robot trailer here.

You can watch The Wild Robot in theaters September 20. The fall movie stars Lupita Nyong’o, Pedro Pascal, Catherine O’Hara, Bill Nighy, Matt Berry, Kit Connor, Stephanie Hsu, Mark Hamill, and Ving Rhames.

Joker: Folie à Deux — In theaters October 4, 2024

Image via Warner Bros. Entertainment

Harley Quinn is back, and this time she's played by Lady Gaga (when can we get a reunion with Margot Robbie à la Spiderman: No Way Home?). Lady Gaga will star opposite Joaquin Phoenix's Joker and based on the first shots from the film, I'm going to be on the edge of my seat the entire time.

Joker 2 hits theaters October 4 and stars Lady Gaga, Joaquin Phoenix, Zazie Beetz, Brendan Gleeson, Catherine Keener, Jacob Lofland, and Harry Lawtey.

Venom: The Last Dance — In theaters October 25, 2024

"Venom: Let Their Be Carnage" image via Sony Pictures Releasing

Speaking of Spider-Man, we're getting another chapter in the Venom saga with Venom: The Last Dance. We know (thanks to the end of Venom 2) that this movie series has hopped on the multiverse train — and that Venom now knows about Peter Parker. This does not bode well for our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.

Venom 3 hits theaters October 25 and stars Tom Hardy, Juno Temple, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Clark Backo.

Gladiator 2 — In Theaters November 22, 2024

Image via Universal Pictures/Paramount Pictures

Paul Mescal headlines this huge blockbuster as Lucius, the son of the late Maximus (played by Russell Crowe in the original 2000 film), opposite Joseph Quinn and Pedro Pascal (who we'll see next year in Fantastic Four). So, I see your iconic "Are you not entertained?" and I raise you, "How are you not entertained?"

Gladiator 2 hits theaters November 22 and stars Paul Mescal, Joseph Quinn, Pedro Pascal, Denzel Washington, Connie Nielsen, and Derek Jacobi.

Moana 2 — In Theaters November 27, 2024

Image via Disney

This new Disney movie will see the return of Moana and Maui as they go on a brand new adventure. I didn't know anything could be crazier than returning the Heart of Te Fiti, but Moana 2 will see these beloved characters go on a quest across Oceania — to a part of the ocean.

Moana 2 premieres November 27 and stars Auliʻi Cravalho and Dwane Johnson.

Wicked Part 1 — In Theaters November 27, 2024

Image via Universal Pictures

One of this year's final fall movies is one of my most-anticipated. Jon M. Chu's follow-up to In The Heights and Crazy Rich Asians follows the origin story of the Wicked Witch of the West, and has some majorly important themes about judgement, prejudice, and standing up for what's right. This movie couldn't come at a better time.

You can watch Wicked in theaters November 27, 2024. The movie stars Cynthia Erivo, Ariana Grande, Jonathan Bailey, Jeff Goldblum, Michelle Yeoh, Ethan Slater, Marissa Bode, Bowen Yang, and Keala Settle.
