Get ready for cuteness overload. We were totally charmed by Vampire Diaries‘ Candice Accola’s DIYable pregnancy announcement and now her little one is here! It’s a baby girl for Candice Accola and her musician husband The Fray’s Joe King and they’ve shared the exciting news with the world via an absolutely adorable Instagram pic. Given that both her parents are creatives, you betcha they gave their newborn a sweetly traditional yet super creative baby name.
With a simple heart emoji message that captures everything that needs to be said at such a special more-than-words moment, the pic features teeny tiny feet on a fuzzy white blanket embroidered with the name of the new arrival, Florence May King, along with her birth-date. Candice’s husband also posted the same pic, but he added the caption, “I’m in love again.” How sweet! The first little one for the 28-year-old Vampire Diaries star and the third daughter for Joe, newborn Florence has a romantic story behind her lovely name. Her parents got engaged in Florence, Italy in May of 2013. Awww.
