While it鈥檚 a great go-to treat when you want something sweet (even though Mom doesn鈥檛 recommend it), there are only a few cookie dough recipes that will woo you over and over again鈥 until now. One bite out of these deep fried cookie dough bites and your mouth will explode with happiness. You seriously can鈥檛 go wrong with a crispy, golden brown exterior and a warm, chewy center. Ingredients:

  • pre-cut cookie dough
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup + 2 Tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups of oil, for frying
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • powdered sugar

Instructions:

1. Pour the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt into a medium-sized bowl. Whisk all the ingredients together.

2. In a separate bowl, mix together the vanilla, vegetable oil and milk.

3. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry and mix together until there are no clumps.

4. Pour your vegetable oil in a medium-sized pot and heat it up until it starts to sizzle. (You can test by dropping a small amount of batter into the oil.)

5. Break apart the pre-cut cookie dough pieces and roll each one into a small ball.

6. Pierce the cookie dough ball with a fork or skewer and slowly roll the cookie dough into the batter. Lightly tap the excess off.

7. Take the battered cookie dough and slowly release it into the oil. Let it fry for about 1 1/2 minutes or until golden brown.

8. Scoop out the fried cookie dough and place it on top of a cookie sheet lined with paper towels.

9. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
