Evan Rachel Wood Is Engaged and Has an Unusual Engagement Ring
While we’ve been feeling the love for Evan Rachel Wood — including much admiration for her willingness to take a stand against a Hollywood heavyweight, her super touching newest tattoo update and, of course, her current penchant for wearing slick AF suits to industry events — it looks like she’s been feeling the love, as well. Showing up at the SAG Awards last night (again, in an amazing suit), Evan Rachel Wood was showing off a very unusual ring, which it turns out is an engagement ring. Eee!
A rep for the actress confirmed that the 29-year-old Westworld star — who announced her split from ex-hubby (and father of her three-year-old son) Jamie Bell, in May 2014 after nearly two years of marriage — is engaged to her Rebel and a Basketcase bandmate, Zach Villa.
Fans already had suspicions that Evan and Zach had made a big commitment when both showed up to the SAG Awards wearing matching rings.
The duo have chosen to wear simple double bands instead of typical engagement rings — no jewels, no added flair. Just simple perfection.
And, honestly, from the chemistry these two spark while up on stage, it really doesn’t look like they need any added flair. They’re bringing plenty of it all on their own.
Congratulations, Evan and Zach!
