“Teen Mom 2” Star Kailyn Lowry Says She’s Dating a Woman and “So Far, So Good”
As fans have seen played out onscreen over the years, Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry has had her fair share of ups and downs when it comes to her love life. Now, she may have given up on men altogether, announcing to the world that she’s seeing someone new… and that someone just so happens to be a woman!
Speaking out on the matter for her podcast with Lindsie Chrisley, Coffee & Convos With Lindsie Chrisley & Kailyn Lowry, the 25-year-old admitted that she does, in fact, have a girlfriend. “We were friends for a year and so it just kind of turned into [a romantic relationship],” she revealed. “So it’s not like she was trying to wine and dine me and ask me to be her girlfriend. It more or less just happened.”
Though the reality star didn’t identify her new love by name, the lucky gal in question is rumored to be Dominique Potter, based on Potter’s frequent posts in which the young mother of three is tagged, one of which appeared to show the two holding hands.
Lowry also hinted at her openness to sexuality back in June, when she tweeted, “Do I have to be gay or straight? Can’t I just love people?”

Though she admits it’s a little hard to date with two kids and a baby, she says things are going well, quipping, “So far, so good!”
Lowry shares son Issac Elliot Rivera with ex Jo Rivera, son Lincoln Marshall Marroqui with ex-husband Javi Marroquin, and “Baby Lo” with ex Chris Lopez.
