Katharine McPhee’s Home Is Totally Rocking Those Coastal Vibes
Katharine McPhee just put her LA bungalow on the market for a cool $1.5 million. She purchased the property two years ago and gave the pad a coastal-chic makeover with tons of blue accents and a killer outdoor setup. The single-story home is located in the Toluca Lake neighborhood and is within walking distance of shopping and coffee shops, so chances are high you’d run into other celeb neighbors (if you had a mill to spend). Scroll on to get a sneak preview, then head over to Trulia to check out the rest of the Scorpion star’s summery home.
The house may have been built in 1945, but the living room feels *v* modern thanks to blue walls, luxe velvet furniture, and a quirky throw pillow collection. The plush pad boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as numerous sets of stylish French doors opening out into the private yard.
This home office looks like the ideal place to curl up and get work done. The vintage blue sofa plays perfectly with a colorful throw rug, a faux fur stool, and the still trendy fiddle leaf fig tree.
McPhee’s kitchen is rocking trendy blue cabinets and a whole wall of chic subway tile. Our favorite feature is probably the wine/coffee bar at the end of the kitchen that’s stocked with colorful mugs, a wine fridge, and a chalkboard covered in friendly messages.
