Just yesterday, we were freaking out over the fact that Kesha was聽back in the studio recording music with producer and 鈥渂eautiful person鈥 (as the singer calls him) Zedd. The pair took the stage together at Coachella and totally rocked the crowd (we鈥檇 know. We were at Kesha鈥檚 surprise performance!). And now, completely unexpectedly, Kesha has released the music we weren鈥檛 sure we would ever hear and *BRB crying*.

A new version of Zedd鈥檚 2015 song 鈥淭rue Colors,鈥 it takes on an entirely new depth with Kesha singing lines like 鈥淚 won鈥檛 apologize for the fire in my eyes鈥 and 鈥渋t鈥檚 time to light the flame right before it rains鈥 along with 鈥減ulling back the reigns, letting go again, I am not afraid, I am not afraid.鈥 It will give you chills when she sings, 鈥淚鈥檝e escaped my capture and I have no master,鈥 thinking back to what she鈥檚 been through, it鈥檚 an incredibly powerful line.

Take a listen and grab some tissues while you listen to this phoenix-rising-from-the-ashes anthem in full below.

Hopefully this is just the first single from a full album. *Fingers crossed* All we can say is, Kesha, you鈥檙e a true inspiration. Welcome back, Queen!
