If you're tired of eating burgers and bacon, this plant-based cookbook, available August 28, might be for you. In it, you'll find more than 75 vegetarian, vegan, or pescatarian recipes. Though we have yet to see the recipe index, we're very into the cover image of baked eggs in avocado halves.
