With summer in full force, we’ve got one thing on our collective minds: GRILLING! (Well, after chilling out with some summer daiquiris, that is.) But when the idea of grilling pops up, people automatically start planning around meat. This can get tricky if you’re hosting a few vegetarian friends, or if you yourself are a vegetarian — but it doesn’t have to be problematic!
