Colton Underwood and Cassie Randolph Posted the Sweetest Love Notes for Each Other
Colton Underwood and Cassie Randolph took a different Bachelor route than most other couples in the franchise, but four months after the end of filming, it seems to be working out well for them. After the Tuesday, March 12, finale, the lovebirds made their relationship Instagram-official with a pair of gushy public love notes.
“Whatever I write will never fully articulate the feelings I have for you,” Underwood captioned a photo of him and Randolph in bed together. “You are the most incredible person whom I have ever met, you have the kindest soul and the sweetest heart. You changed my life for the better and made this year the best year of my life. I can’t wait for our adventures ahead.”
Although they are not yet engaged, they said Tuesday that it’s something they want for the future — a sentiment Underwood echoed in his post. “I have my best friend. I have my girlfriend. I have my future fiancé{e]. I have my future wife,” he wrote. “But most importantly I have you. Let’s do this thing they call life… together… forever. I love you @cassierandolph.”
He also shared a photo of himself holding one of the butterflies she gave him the first time they met. “She doesn’t know this but I still have the butterfly from the first night,” he captioned the pic.
Randolph was similarly excited to share the news of their relationship with her followers, writing that she was too impatient to wait until the finale aired on the West Coast.
“The secret is finally out!!! Colton, you truly have my heart,” she began her love note, which accompanied a mirror selfie of the couple sharing a kiss. “Walking into this experience, I honestly wasn’t sure that true love could come from it. It hasn’t necessarily been the easiest road to get to where we are, but if that’s what it took to get here, then every single twist and turn has been undeniably WORTH IT.”

Randolph went on to list some of the many ways Underwood had proved his love for her. “You jumped a fence, took a risk, and challenged the ‘rules’ to fight for us,” she continued. “I can’t even begin to describe how lucky I feel to have you by my side. I am so excited to see what is next for us in this new phase of our ‘journey’… I’d jump a thousand fences for you and ‘like, I know, I KNOW’ that I love you more than words, point blank. PS — you still give me butterflies.”
Going into Tuesday’s finale, it was unclear whether Underwood would get his happily-ever-after. Randolph actually ended things with him and tried to leave the show after deciding she wasn’t ready for marriage. The split made Underwood realize she was the one he loved, so he broke up with the two remaining contestants, Tayshia Adams and Hannah Godwin, and went to Randolph to ask her to give them more time.
It was a risky move, and one not normally seen on The Bachelor, but it paid off for the pair, who now both live in Los Angeles and are making plans for their future together.
