Get the Look of Lauren Conrad’s Gorgeous Penthouse in Beverly Hills
It’s hardly surprising that the online lifestyle queen Lauren Conrad gave her Beverly Hills penthouse a complete remodel and turned every room into something Pinterest is *still* swooning over. While she inspires the best hairstyles, gives wedding planning ideas and writes cookbooks, it looks like this uber talented lady could totally make a living flipping houses too. We’ve taken the LC house tour before, but now we have our mind set on getting the look for ourselves.
The exposed brick wall is every renter’s dream and feels more like something you’d find in New York. And the white couch and bright blue lamp shades give this living room a decidedly cool, Californian vibe.
Not for the faint of heart (or those with pets), this white Chesterfield sofa ($1440) from Wayfair is a real statement piece, but you can add these black and white patterned throw pillows ($44) from Urban Outfitters to keep the couch from getting too serious and full of itself. Grab a can of gold spray paint and follow this IKEA hack from Anna Maria to get a similar coffee table. Finish styling the coffee table with a brass tray ($98) from Anthropologie and a bouquet of fresh flowers.
Bright yellow chairs bring a fun, informal vibe to this otherwise very formal dining room, and the starburst pendant lamp makes the space feel modern and glamorous. We wouldn’t mind hosting a dinner party in this space!
Add some spiky urchin love to your dining room with this pendant chandelier ($450) from Dutton Brown. For the perfect centerpiece, arrange these gold candlesticks ($25) from H&M and this DIY striped vase from At Home in Love. If you’re looking for some new dining room chairs, these yellow wingback cushioned chairs ($280) from World Market should fit the bill nicely.
This breakfast nook is totally prepped for Insta-worthy breakfasts with a marble table, cool flower prints and bright yellow seat cushions. Couldn’t you just see yourself getting lost all day Sunday in this cozy space?
When she’s wasn’t working or being queen of the perfect beach waves, Lauren played hostess in this dark and sexy home bar. Wonder what her signature cocktail is…
Cast a similar glam glow over your home bar — err, bar cart — by hanging this gold and crystal pendant from Visual Comfort Lights ($1300). Then stock your DIY copper open shelves (a la Vintage Revivals) with gold confetti glasses ($56) from the B+C Shop. We’re not sure what that gold apple is on Lauren’s counter, but this pineapple tumbler ($29) from Urban Outfitters seems like a cool way to serve your favorite cocktail.
