Jamie Chung’s Boho Backyard Makeover Is Seriously Stunning
Fashionista and actress Jamie Chung has been using her design super powers to turn her hubby Bryan Greenberg’s bachelor pad into a beautiful space — one room at a time. First, she wowed us with her boho-chic living room makeover, then she made us want to steal the look of her beachy kitchen, and now she’s turned her magic wand to the backyard with a swoon-worthy patio overhaul. To create the ultimate outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining, Chung teamed up with designers from Joss & Main. The outdoor deck is fairly dark, so Chung wanted to bring in lots of color and, of course, her signature boho look. She started with a geometric rug, then added funky wire furniture to pay homage to the home’s mid-century origins. Then she topped off the look with a bar cart for all those summertime parties.
There’s plenty of seating on the deck to accommodate major entertaining or to simply stretch out with a glass of rosé and a good read.
To keep the chill vibes flowing, Chung brought life into the space with plenty of potted plant babies scattered about. Her gardening advice? Stick to succulents and flora that don’t require much water to give yourself a stress-free summer.
