Christmastime is here, and the question on everyone’s mind is, “Have you been naughty or nice?” There are many factors that determine one’s fate on the naughty or nice list, but the web app Social Santa is deciding which list you belong on solely based on your foul-language Tweets (OMG WTF BYE). We hope you’ve been on your best Twitter behavior, because who wants a bag of coal and an empty stocking when there are so many gorgeous gifts out there? We’re pretty classy, but every so often our potty mouth can get us into trouble. What can we say, we have a lot of feelings about Scandal (sorry, Mom)…

After signing in through your Twitter account, the service’s digital elves perform an effortless sweep of your past 1,000 or so tweets (OMG-worthy live tweet events and embarrassing tipsy tweets included) looking for any naughty word in each 140 character update. Then Social Santa will give you a score that determines your list placement based on the frequency of the bad words you thought would be essential to making your post retweet-worthy.

After finding what list you land on, you can see how your foul mouth compares to other users on the site’s Naughty and Nice Lists.

I landed on the Nice List with only three tweets that used a naughty word and, of course, all those tweets involved Scandal (shocker!). Guess I get a little into TGIT ;)

How many naughty words did you tweet out this year, and what list did it land you on? Let us know in the comments below.
