Why wouldn't Kyle Richards return for RHOBH season 15?

Kyle has said in previous interviews that the most recent season of RHOBH caused a lot of emotionally draining moments for her, as she had to relive many hard experiences. While it’s already widely known that this was the season she split from her husband of 27 years, the spotlight was also shining on her in ways she wasn’t quite used to. Viewers tuned in to watch her marriage unravel in real-time, making her a prime candidate for online gossip and criticism at the hands of her personal life.

She also experienced massive scrutiny for her rumored relationship with Morgan Wade, a country singer. This most recent season caused immense difficulties for Richards, both mentally and emotionally, and pushed her to pause to consider whether returning would be beneficial to her at the time being.

So will Kyle Richards come back for RHOBH season 15?

With rumors swirling about Kyle’s possible exit, fans were left in a frenzy over the fate of the show. But fear not—it has now been confirmed that Kyle will indeed be returning for the newest season, with a pretty major incentive, mind you. Despite Kyle having yet to make an official statement, sources say she has agreed to return. Producers are reportedly pushing her to “step it up” this season by sharing more details about her personal life, particularly her romantic situation following her separation from Mauricio.

Who's NOT returning for RHOBH season 15?

As for other cast members, there are quite a few shake-ups in store for RHOBH. Garcelle Beauvais announced she will not return for season 15, citing a desire to spend more time with her sons and focus on other personal projects. Andy Cohen commented on her departure during an interview on The Howard Stern Show, saying:

“Her son is a senior. I know she wants to spend her son’s senior year with him, and so I hope… You know what? It’s the last chance before you’re an empty nester, so I hope she comes back at some point. I love her.”

Who's returning for RHOBH season 15?

While there are plenty of rumors about whether or not Kyle Richards will return for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 15, we haven't heard that any current cast members outside of Garcelle Beauvais aren't returning. As of right now, we're guessing that the rest of the existing cast will return, including:

• Bozoma Saint John
• Erika Jayne
• Jennifer Tilly (Friend of)
• Kathy Hilton (Friend of)

And while none of those returning cast members are confirmed yet, we do have our first cast announcement: Bravolebrity, Rachel Zoe is joining the cast for season 15! She told Us Weekly, "I’ve been living my best, new life and it felt like the perfect time to come back to TV and share it all with you."

Additional rumored cast changes include former The View co-host Debbie Matenopoulos being in talks to join the cast, but nothing has been confirmed just yet. (via Entertainment Weekly)
