Who's in The White Lotus season 4 cast?

We now officially have cast members for The White Lotus season 4! On Friday, December 19, Deadline reported that AJ Michalka and Alexander Ludwig joined Mike White's vacation-laden universe as the first two official cast members — and we're so excited!
If you think those names sound familiar, you're not wrong. AJ is best known for her sister-duo band, Aly & AJ, and it's very likely you've heard "Potential Breakup Song" many times (millennials, that one's for you!). She's also starred in projects like Super 8, The Lovely Bones, and the Disney Channel Original Movie Cow Belles.
Alexander Ludwig is another recognizable name! He's starred in shows like Vikings , as well as movies like The Hunger Games and Grown Ups 2.
And while the announcement was quickly followed up with the news Helena Bonham Carter (who you'll recognize from Harry Potter and Ocean's 8) would join them, the actress exited the show in April 2026 because once they started filming, “it had become apparent” Carter's character “did not align once on set.” The character is officially being rewritten for Laura Dern.

Where can I watch The White Lotus season 4?

Now that we know the show is in production, we can guess when we'll see new episodes. Filming for season 3 began in February 2024 before it premiered on HBO in February 2025. So we can expect to see The White Lotus season 4 by spring 2027.
