Blake Lively’s Diet Is Attainable AND Tasty

How is it even possible to love Blake Lively more? From her Disney-inspired fashion choices to her trendy AF baby naming, there’s almost nothing Blake can do to disappoint us. Case in point: her diet. The girl’s food game is right up our alley.

Take one look at Blake’s Instagram account, and you can see that she’s obsessed with sweet snacks, but that doesn’t mean she indulges every last bite. Friend Salma Hayek told Marie Claire that Blake enjoys everything, but eats in moderation. That means everything from pizza to Kraft Macaroni & Cheese. Even her love of whipped cream is one we totally stand behind.

While we probably shouldn’t call this a “diet,” it’s safe to say that Blake’s dietary choices, coupled with an active lifestyle and good genes, mean that we can fully achieve the same goals as her — to be happy, enjoy every flavor and live life to the fullest. And that’s a “diet” we can all agree is the best for everyone.
