Healthy Brunch Hack: How to Make Chia Berry Jam

Wanna add some chia seed superpower to your diet? We’ve got just the recipe for you: Chia Berry Jam! You only need a few ingredients and a few minutes to whip up this jam. PLUS, it’s sweetened with honey (healthy!) and packed with protein, fiber and omega-3s. Keep reading for the quick and easy recipe!

Ingredients:

– 2 cups strawberries

– 1 cup raspberries

– 3 tablespoons honey

– 5-6 tablespoons chia seeds

– 1 lime

Instructions:

1. Combine strawberries, raspberries, honey, chia seeds and lime juice in a blender. Pulse until combined.

2. Pour berry mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let cool.

3. Spoon into a jar and enjoy! Store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
