I have a confession. I have a very difficult time watching All Creatures Great & Small without sobbing my eyes out. It’s just so sweet and wholesome, I can’t take it! While I tend to watch satirical shows with darker themes and questionable characters, nothing can compare to All Creatures, due to its pure essence. It feels like the ultimate palate cleanser, in contrast to my usual programs of the HBO variety, where moral ambiguity is the norm.
I love how wholesome the characters are on the PBS program, and I’m fully hooked on the relationship dynamics/budding romances on ACG&S (Helen and James forever!). Plus, if we could live in a world where Tricki Woo is president, I think I would be totally okay with that.

Are All Creatures Great and Small coming back in 2025?
Unfortunately, fans are going to have to sit tight and practice patience skills because the 6th installment of the beloved series won’t be coming out until January 11, 2026 on PBS for American audiences. Although it’s quite the wait till then, you can still enjoy the first five seasons, which are available for streaming.

I don’t know about you guys, but I’m absolutely in love with this show. I love how it portrays a world full of hope, kindness, and slow living that reminds viewers about what’s really important in life. Friends, family, and animals. Lots and lots of animals.
Is there a season 6 of All Creatures Great and Small?
Yes, season 6 is coming! But fans were met with a wave of fear after stumbling upon a Channel 5 Instagram Post, where the cast of All Creatures Great & Small shared cryptic info on the upcoming sixth season. When the cast of the PBS Masterpiece show was asked to describe the upcoming season in one word, actor Callum Woodhouse (Tristan) offered his one-word answer. “Done,” he said in the Instagram post. This left some fans of the show confused because they thought he was implying that he was done with the show and not returning.
Fortunately, the official Channel 5 Instagram account soothed fans’ worries by commenting, “wrapped for series 6!” By that measure, when Woodhouse said “Done,” he simply meant the cast was finally finished shooting the upcoming season. Phew!
