It's Official: The 2024 Dunkin' Spring Menu Is The Tastiest One Yet

In case springtime couldn't get any better, the Dunkin' spring menu finally arrived! It dropped on February 21 with tons of new drinks and snacks to enjoy as the weather warms up. Below, I'm rounding up all the tasty picks that you can order for yourself, friends, and family this season!

As we turn the page to a new season (hellooo, spring!), I'm happy to be transitioning winter menus full of hearty comfort foods to lighter options like fresh pasta salads and filling galettes. Popular fast food joints are doing the same: Starbucks' spring menu welcomed lavender, and Dunkin' is ushering in more fruit-forward bevs!

Here's a peek at the full Dunkin' spring menu, including new drinks and food items. Keep reading for an honest review of the new drinks + snacks, plus the epic rewards savings you can take advantage of through April!

Drinks On The Dunkin' Spring Menu

NEW! Berry Burst SPARK'D Energy

If you're looking for a new way to power your day (that's not coffee), you need to check out Dunkin's new SPARK'D Energy drinks. There are two fruity flavors available – Berry Burst and Peach Sunshine – and each one is sparkling and perfectly fizzy!

The Berry Burst option (pictured above) carries sweet notes of raspberry and strawberry.

“America turns to Dunkin’, from sunrise to sunset, to help them power through their day,” said Beth Turenne, Dunkin’s Vice President of Category Management. “With the introduction of SPARKD’ Energy by Dunkin’, we set out to create a deliciously unique option for our guests. It’s not just another energy drink; it’s a totally new way to run on Dunkin’, incorporating the flavors that we know our fans enjoy.”

A small SPARK'D drink has 96mg of caffeine and 18g of sugar. The medium size has 144mg of caffeine and 27g of sugar. The large size has 192mg of caffeine and 37g of sugar.

My first sip of this sparkling drink was super sour! It honestly made me pucker up, but I was sipping smoothly after a minute or so. Equally sweet, the Berry Burst SPARK'D Energy bev is most satisfying for its fresh fizz! I thought the bubbles were just fun and the fruity flavor definitely made my day feel a little bit more spring-like. 10/10!

NEW! Peach Sunshine SPARK'D Energy

Next up on the Dunkin' spring menu! Meet Peach Sunshine. This SPARK'D Energy drink is the perfect reflection of the spring season (yay, warm weather!), with notes of lychee and peach in every sparkling sip.

I didn't care for the Peach Sunshine SPARK'D Energy drink as much. I thought that the aftertaste gave me medicine vibes, like the nasty flavored cough syrups they give you as a kid! I could only really make it a few sips in before giving up on this dev. Maybe the flavor just isn't for me! 5/10.

NEW! Churro Signature Latte

I love churros with every fiber of my being, truly. That's exactly why this new Signature Latte on the Dunkin' spring menu is so freakin' scrumptious!

The Churro Signature Latte blends a dose of sweet churro flavoring, rich espresso, and milk, all topped off with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and cinnamon sugar. You can order it iced or hot.

The Churro Signature Latte was 1000% the best part of the Dunkin' spring menu. It was so sweet (just how I like it) and creamy. Plus, a little whipped cream here and there just makes me feel special. This churro bev was definitely emitting big churro vibes before I even drank it – it smelled like a churro, and therefore, made me crave churros. 10/10!

NEW! Cinnamon Vanilla Coffee

Some days you want iced coffee, but others, you want something hot. The Cinnamon Vanilla Coffee on the Dunkin' spring menu is the ultimate pick for ordering at different temps. Available iced or hot, this brewed coffee is crafted with churro and vanilla syrups, then customized with as much cream or milk as you'd like.

I taste-tested the iced version of the Cinnamon Vanilla Coffee and adored it. Though it wasn't nearly as sweet as the churro latte or the berry energy drink, I concluded that it might be a nice drink option when you're not opting for sugary stuff. It has a light kick of coffee (a bit lighter than I'd prefer), but gets the job done. 7/10.

Food Items On The Dunkin' Spring Menu

NEW! Breakfast Empanada

Grab-and-go breakfasts have met their match with the all-new Breakfast Empanada from Dunkin'! This portable little pocket of food is packed to the brim with melty, cheesy goodness: scrambled eggs, sausage, and melty cheddar huddle together inside a flaky, buttery crust that you can easily hold in your hand (and snack on) on your way to work or the gym.

I had high hopes for the Breakfast Empanada, but it let me down. It was far too bready with not enough filling. When I eat a pocket of food, I want there to be some substance! Nonetheless, my bites that had a more ideal breading to filling ratio were tasty and the food smelled good. 5/10.

NEW! Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

Banana bread, in my mind, is a no-brainer when it comes to snacks you can eat with coffee. This tender and chocolatey loaf joined the Dunkin' spring menu just in time for National Banana Bread Day on February 23. It's served sealed and pre-packaged so it can retain its moisture.

The Banana Chocolate Chip Bread is unarguably the best food item on the Dunkin' spring menu. It was moist, chocolatey, and banana-y, which, like, what more could you want from banana bread?! I enjoyed that the snack was packed in a sealed bag for portability. 10/10.

NEW! Churro Donut

To accurately echo two of the new spring drinks, the Signature Churro Latte and the Cinnamon Vanilla Coffee, Dunkin' introduced the Churro Donut to their bakery selection. This textured ring donut is rolled in bouts of cinnamon sugar after being deep-fried to absolute perfection. The inside is soft and pillowy – the best contrast to the sugary exterior!

I Tried Dunkin’s New Summer Menu – I’m So Obsessed With These 3 Items

TheDunkin' summer menujust hit stores on May 1, and I was so excited to get my hands on the new lineup! In addition to an all-new Refresher flavor, Dunkin’ launched two unique coffee-based drinks and three fun food items (both sweet and savory) to coordinate with the summer season. Of course, I had to see what all the hype was about via a bonafide taste test.

Here are my honest thoughts about the new items on the Dunkin’ summer menu, so you know what’s worth trying! Let's get into it!

Iced Vanilla Frosted Donut Signature Latte

First up, the Vanilla Frosted Donut Signature Latte. This one is so sweet. But so addicting! It may not be the prime choice for those who don’t like sweet drinks, though. I *do* like my coffees fairly sweet, so I didn’t think it was overwhelming when I tried it.

More than anything, this latte simply delivered joy once I got it in my hands. It’s topped with a good amount of whipped cream and a healthy dose of rainbow sprinkles, which fix just about any bad day as far as I’m concerned.

Blueberry Donut Coffee

I go wild for blueberry cake donuts, and I expected the new Blueberry Donut Coffee to taste just like one. I was a bit disappointed when it didn't! I got more of a donut flavor rather than a blueberry one when I sipped down the iced version of this bev.

All things considered, I still loved my first impression of the new Blueberry Donut Coffee. I got it iced (duh), and with cream, it came out to the perfect, most beautiful coffee color. It had maybe 75% of the Vanilla Frosted Donut Signature Latte’s sweetness, which meant it was still sweet enough for my liking.

This could be a great go-to order when you don’t quite want espresso, but are still looking for a nice caffeinated sipper.

Kiwi Watermelon Refresher

The first thing I wrote down in my tasting notes about the brand-new Kiwi Watermelon Refresher was: “MMMMMM SO GOOD.” And I stand by that!

Upon first sip, I got a refreshing (ha, get it?) swig of kiwi flavor and watermelon flavor, which was very nice and evenly balanced. I could see myself gulping this one down at the park or on a road trip this summer! It honestly tasted like candy, which I am not mad about a single bit.

That being said, most of the Dunkin’ Refreshers are really sweet, so if you like milder drinks, you may not fully like this newcomer.

I also got to try the Kiwi Watermelon Refresher with lemonade – a new thing for Dunkin’. I really loved it! With the lemonade, I still got the full effect from the kiwi and watermelon. It was never overpowered, unlike other fruity lemonade beverages from similar coffee chains.

Watermelon Burst Donut

I was really hesitant to try this new menu item because I normally don’t associate watermelon with donuts. One thing about the new Watermelon Burst Donut is that she’s messy… This sweet treat is coated in tons of pink, watermelon-flavored sprinkles and filled to the brim with watermelon jelly.

The first bite I took was just of the donut dough itself – and it wasn’t half bad! My only complaint at that point was the fact that the pink sprinkles got all over the place. They made my lips and mouth messy, and fell off into my lap and around my car. Yikes!

The second bite, of course, included some of the watermelon jelly. This is when I decided that the Watermelon Burst Donut just isn't for me. The bready part was good, but the jelly was super sour – just not what I'd prefer from a donut as a chocolate girlie. I wouldn’t order it on my own accord.

Chocolate Chunk Cookie

Chocolate chunk cookies are classic – you can’t deny that! You also can’t mess it up, IMO. Dunkin’ hit the nail right on the head with this new packaged snack. First of all, I adore the size of the Chocolate Chunk Cookie. It’s huge and packed with big chocolate chunks – as it should be!

There’s a nice variety with texture in this cookie, too. I found that the chocolate chunks were creamy and sweet, while the rest of the cookie was crunchy and downright cookie-like. It made eating it fun!

The pre-packaged-ness of it all is also super nice for snacking on-the-go, or even saving for later (midnight snack, anyone?).

Green Goddess Wrap

Seemingly a direct competitor for Starbucks’ popular Spinach Feta Wrap, the new Green Goddess Wrap from Dunkin’ thoroughly impressed me. Unlike its counterpart, the Green Goddess Wrap is delivered with a very nice texture. I find that other options typically get soggy (after being warmed and put in a bag) and fall apart, but this one didn’t get that way at all.

I loved that the outside of the wrap got a little bit crispy, while the inside stayed gooey and warm. While the texture is quite enjoyable, I was left wishing for more flavor from the wrap’s contents.

Even if it was lacking a bit in flavor, you could easily doctor it up with spices, salt, or hot sauce. More than anything, I appreciate that the Green Goddess Wrap provides a substantial option for breakfast, brunch, or lunch via drive-thru.

Chad Michael Murray Says He Wants "A Cinderella Story 2" Too

A Cinderella Story isn't just a movie — it's honestly a cultural moment. The costume montage, the spastic colons and synchronized swimming, the rain in this drought... even Gavin Degraw singing over the One Tree Hilltrailer on the DVD stand out! Everything about this film is iconically ingrained in our collective conscious, making Hilary Duff and Chad Michael Murray the Y2k blueprint for many of the "It" pairings we know and love today.

We last left our Princeton royalty preparing for their freshman year of college, dreaming of happily-ever-after — or at least graduation — and that was that! But in this era of reboots, I've often wondered what happened to our OG tortured poets after the credits rolled. Luckily, I'm not the only one! Chad Michael Murray just tee'd up a sequel, and yes that's me you hear squealing right now. Here's everything we know about what's to come for everyone's fave modern fairytale!

Is there a part two to a Cinderella story?

There's Another Cinderella Story, starring Selena Gomez and Drew Seeley, but that's more so a part of a series of "Cinderella stories" rather than an actual sequel. So far, we haven't gotten a follow-up on our Princeton-bound faves.

Has "A Cinderella Story 2" been announced?

There's been no formal announcement yet, but that doesn't mean all hope is lost. During his press tour for Mother of the Bride, Chad Michael Murray told ETthat he's definitely interested in bringing Austin Ames back. He said that even his daughter told him, "You need to make another one of these, Daddy," after she watched A Cinderella Story for the first time.

His response to the idea? "Here you go, Hil. From me to you, let's do it!" — referring to Hilary Duff, of course! The timing couldn't be better either, given that Hilary just gave birth to her fourth child and could hypothetically be available to film in the coming months...just saying!

Again, there's no official information about this project yet, but with a main piece of the puzzle on board, we're one step closer to my own personal happily-ever-after — a real sequel to A Cinderella Story once and for all.

For me, it’s either a sweet dessert or a biiig cup of iced coffee – but those purchases can really rack up, especially when I’m making weekly (or TBH, twice- or thrice-weekly) Starbucks runs. I know I’m not alone in wishing there were more Starbucks deals that’d save me a buck or two each visit.

Wish no more – there are actually tons of ways to snag some Starbucks deals. I’ll even dish on how to get free Starbucks right now. Read on for the coolest coffee deals around!

Does Starbucks have discounts?

Yes, Starbucks has discounts often. They usually depend on the day and time you visit, or seasonal offerings that the chain decides to promote. You can easily find Starbucks deals in the Starbucks app, and check back here for current offers!

What is the cheapest thing to get from Starbucks?

If you still want a drink (but want to spend the least amount of money), a kids-sized steamed (or cold) apple juice is the cheapest thing to get from Starbucks at $2.25. Typically, any kids-sized drink will save you some dough!

How does Starbucks Rewards work?

You earn 1 Star per $1 spent at a Starbucks location with Starbucks Rewards after scanning the Starbucks app and paying with cash, debit card, credit card, or select mobile wallets. You can earn 2 Stars per $1 spent after making a purchase with a preloaded Starbucks Card linked to your Starbucks Rewards account as well. Once you earn enough, you can spend those Stars on freebies like a drink customization, a hot brewed coffee, or a handcrafted drink like a latte!

1. Look out for flash deals

Starbucks regularly runs deals that depend on the day and time you visit – you just have to check in the right places. More often than not, they’ll be posted on the Starbucks app.

Right now, they’re offering several deals for May 2024:

50% off one handcrafted beverage on May 10, 17, 24, and 31 only from 12-6pm local time
Personalized offers released in the Starbucks app on May 13, 20, and 27 only

Plus, new Starbucks Rewards members who join during the month of May will will receive 50% off any handcrafted drink during their first week as a member. All they have to do is download the app, join Starbucks Rewards, and click the ‘New Members Get 50% Off’ link!

2. Use Starbucks Rewards

Like I mentioned before, the Starbucks app is a pretty easy way to know what deals are going on when. Signing up for Starbucks Rewards will get you on track to get free Starbucks even easier. Their rewards system operates via Stars – you’ll earn 1 Star for each $1 spent when scanning the Starbucks app and paying with cash, debit card, credit card, or select mobile wallets, or 2 Stars per $1 spent when you pay with a preloaded Starbucks Card in the Starbucks app.

25 Stars earns you a free drink customization
100 Stars earns you a free brewed hot or iced coffee or tea, a bakery item, or a packaged snack
200 Stars earns you a free handcrafted beverage or hot breakfast item
300 Stars earns you a free sandwich, protein box or a bag of coffee beans
400 Stars earns you free Starbucks merch (select items only)

3. Opt for a personal cup

When you use a personal cup at Starbucks, you receive a $0.10 discount. For regular visitors, those savings can rack up! Now, you can use a clean (this is key!) personal cup in Starbucks cafes, in the drive-thru, and even when you order ahead on the app.

4. Don't forget about birthday rewards

Starbucks deals also include birthday freebies, in which you’ll get one free handcrafted beverage, OR one free food item, OR one free ready-to-drink bottled bev.

All you have to do to take advantage of the free Starbucks is register for a Starbucks Rewards account and ensure your birthday date is associated with your account, then once the big day comes, show it to your barista. They’ll take care of you!

Red, White, And Royal Blue Fans — We're Getting A Sequel!

Amazon's adaptation of Casey McQuiston’s famed Red, White & Royal Blueblew our minds with its perfectly extravagant and messy royal romance. Prince Henry and Alex Claremont-Diaz stole our hearts with their antics, proving that love isn't always as cookie cutter as we think it should be. Not only that, but it was the LGBT film we never knew we needed until it hit the big screen last year.

Is the main cast returning?

I'm happy to share that Nicholas Galitzine and Taylor Zakhar Perez are returning! I honestly don't think the Red, White & Royal Blue sequel would be the same if they weren't.

However, no other cast information has been released! Hopefully we'll see Uma Thurman and Clifton Collins, Jr. reprise their roles!

What's the sequel going to be about?

As of yet, Variety reports that not much has been confirmed about the sequel's plot or release date. My guess is that there the two lovebirds will have to juggle new responsibilities and mishaps.
