Starbucks certainly knows how to get into the festive vibe. With their annual red holiday cups and seasonal snacks, there’s nothing we love more after a day full of gift shopping than grabbing a lovely latté. That’s why it’s so perfect that Starbucks has just release a Baked Apple Latte which is basically Christmas in a cup.
If the smell of a fresh baked apple pie brings back sweet memories of Christmas morning, then you’ll definitely love the Baked Apple Latté. The pics alone are enough to make you want to curl up beside a cozy crackling fire and sip this delicious delight.
In order to achieve the baked apple (or apple pie) taste, warm apple juice and caramelized apple are added to brown sugar and butter. Served with a liberal dollop of whipped cream, we’re talking about a fabulously festive, decadent indulgence in a drink.
Unfortunately only available in Japan at the moment (who also apparently get to enjoy seasonal additions to their menu like the Pecan Nut Latté), this is definitely a drink that Starbucks needs to bring State-side.
