Boomer Phelps’ Poolside Video Shoot Is Basically the Future of Music Videos
This year’s summer Olympic games in Rio gave us so many memorable (and memeable) moments and breakout stars that it’s hard to keep track. Yet even with all of the totally inspiring vision-board material we witnessed, our favorite part of the entire Olympics wasn’t even an athlete — it was a baby.
As soon as we saw the images of Michael Phelps’ son Boomer cheering him on from the crowd and subsequently found his Instagram account, we were smitten. And if you thought he couldn’t get any cuter, well, you were wrong. This weekend, Boomer had his very first video shoot, fittingly, in the pool. We. Can’t Even.
“Nothing like @boomerrphelps first video shoot!!,” Michael captioned the video. “Splashing around in the pool and having fun!! Love ya buddy!!” Boomer is living the LIFE laying on a floatie, chilling to Drake’s “One Dance,” looking so summer cool in those shades. TOLD you we couldn’t even.
Boomer’s Instagram thanked the filmmaker responsible for the clip, Taylor Chien, “for making me look so good in my play day at the pool!” while Taylor says Boomer is “such a baby boss.” Cutest boss ever!
