Move over, Shannon Farrara — you’ve got some competition in the at-home Olympics department! As the games draw to a close, Eliza Dushku (formerly known as Faith in Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Missy in Bring It On) is making the most of these last few days by throwing her hat into the ring for best faux Olympian.

While she’s been following along throughout the entire two-week-long event, Eliza took things up a notch in her recent Instagram post, where she didn’t need a pool to do the perfect dive.

Looking focused and in it to win it, Eliza, appropriately dressed in a shower cap, tank and sweats, raises her arms above her head before swan diving into… the kitchen floor below.

“#KitchenOlympics in my new #shhowercap!” she writes, adding “#thatformtho #showercapaddict”

She then bursts into laughter while removing a potentially performance restricting @theloveandmadness necklace.

We, for one, think she nailed it: that form, though, indeed!

If anyone needs us, we’ll just be over here, watching this on repeat. *golf claps*

Do you think Eliza was a perfect 10? Tell us over @BritandCo!
