Do you ever wake up thinking to yourself, how can I take my love of Oreos and s’mores to the next level? And how can pumpkin be involved? Lucky for us, the seasonal aisle at our grocery store answered this very serious question by presenting us with an amazing October product: Pumpkin Spice Marshmallows. When combined with Oreos, a little cinnamon, and a lighter, you’ve got the greatest, quickest sweet we’ve ever made. Pumpkin Spice S’moreos!!

 – Oreos

– pumpkin spice marshmallows

– cinnamon

 – lighter!

Two delicious sweets with a little cinnamon and heat? Sign us up.

First you’ve got your Oreo. Take it apart. Sprinkle cinnamon on both sides. Place a marshmallow on one side.

Roast your marshmallow with a lighter! Roast around for a minute or two and then let it catch on fire for a second. This gives it that fiery flavor you know and love.

Voila! Pumpkin Spice S’moreos!

If you’re looking to make many s’moreos at once, you can try the oven technique. Fair warning: This method is delicious and melty, but the Oreo frosting melts quickly making it quite a bit messier than the lighter method.

Place each side of your oreo in a muffin or tart pan or on a cooke sheet. Sprinkle cinnamon on the frosting sides. Add marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees F for 3-5 minutes.

Make sure you keep your eyes on the oven – marshmallows do have a tendency to expand quickly ;)

Sandwich them together and you’ve got your S’moreo. Yum!
