Quite honestly, we don’t exactly know how this is going to work, but it’s happening, and it could be a lot of fun. Tacklebox is a forthcoming platform that will help you craft the perfect response when you have a text or an email that’s leaving you without your words. Generally, in this situation you’d probably ask your friends, significant others, family members or co-workers what they might say… but suppose you need a bigger pool of humans to consult. Soon you can turn to Tacklebox.
Perhaps you just got a somewhat flirty Google Chat out of the blue from your office crush or you’re in the middle of a text fight with your sister, and you’re not sure what to say next. With Tacklebox, you’ll be able to submit the message that’s giving you grief, the context of the situation and your motivation in responding. You will also have to give some quality answers to questions from other users. Then potential answers will start rolling in and you’ll be able to view a live feed of these responses, as well as the up-voting and down-voting of others. After you have enough solid options, you can close the prompt and choose your favorite.
Tacklebox is not live quite yet, but the company is currently accepting early access takers for their beta product, so you can sign up here if you’d like to check it out.
