8 Colorful Houses Where You Can Live Out Your Rainbow Dreams

If you've ever needed another excuse to add some color in your life, we've got you covered. In honor of Pride Month, here are eight homes (all available to rent on www.tripping.com) where you can live your best rainbow-hued dreams. Click through the slideshow, and get ready to plan your next vibrant vacation.
Modern Villa in Piet Mondrian Colors, Dračevac, Istria, Croatia: Inspired by the Dutch painter, Piet Mondrian, this primary colored home has plenty of light, a spacious garden, and a private pool.
Real World MTV House, Key West, FL: If walls could talk, this house would have plenty of stories. This oceanfront house was used in 2006's Real World: Key West and features all the tricked-out amenities you could hope for: pool table, ping pong table, tennis court, gym, racket ball court, hammocks, basketball court, pool, and indoor hot tub.
Fairy Tale Castle, Sequim, WA: This colorful castle has both Victorian charm (stained glass windows and a spiral staircase) and modern comforts (spacious bedrooms and a jacuzzi).
Painted Lady, Astoria, OR: This charming Pacific Northwest abode is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and has colorful decor throughout the house. It also boasts gorgeous views of the Columbia River and has a stocked library for a truly relaxing vacation.
Captain's Castle, Pacific Grove, CA: This historic home was built in 1883 and comes complete with gargoyles, gables, and stained glass windows. Plus, it's just a short walk away from the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row. Truly fit for a captain.
Vibrant SoCo House, Austin, TX: A shrine to Austin's music scene, this bright home has plenty of personality and is located near the lively and eclectic S. Congress Avenue.
Kehena Point Cliff House, Pahoa, HI: This unique contemporary house has been featured on HGTV's Off Beat American. There are amazing ocean views from every room and an upper deck to watch whales. Catch spectacular sunrises and sunsets, listen to the waves crash, or take a quick walk to the nearby black sand beach for a perfect Hawaiian getaway.
Artist Adobe, Taos, NM: This restored adobe was creatively and colorfully decorated by Taos artist Jim Wagner and has a private courtyard. The house is located on historic La Loma Plaza and is a short walk to art galleries, museums, and restaurants.
