Quick Recap: What’s Going On With Beth And Rip?

If you need a quick refresher on the couple and where their lives ended up following the series finale, we’ve got you covered. Initially, Rip was merely Beth’s wealthy father’s employee. But things shifted when the two began an affair, filled with chemistry, tension, and a whole lot of chaos.
Their dynamic shifted when they both decided to parent Carter, who was suffering from the tragic loss of his father. Carter is able to ground Beth and Rip, proving that despite the unconventional nature of their dynamic, they’re able to make it work as a family unit.
While there aren’t many details yet on the Yellowstone spin-off series (it doesn’t even have a proper title yet), there’s a good chance much of the focus will center on the evolving family dynamics the three have built together.

Additionally, Rip Wheeler will be making his sweeping return on the Yellowstone spinoff, as he navigates his newfound family life with Beth, following the adoption of their son, Carter. Which leads us to our next returning cast member…
Finn Little as Carter

Fan-favorite Carter, portrayed masterfully by Finn Little, will be making his return as a series regular on the Yellowstone spinoff series created by Taylor Sheridan. We can’t wait to see what this new show will have in store for Carter as he continues to adjust to his new home with Beth and Rip (and to being a young adult).
