We’re always eager to grab some chips on a lazy afternoon, but when that bag comes in a creative new flavor, we pay close attention. Such is the case with Lay’s Tastes of America, eight new, regionally-inspired flavors ($4) that will roll out to stores in late July. If that’s not enough of a junk food windfall, some old favorites are back just for a limited-time, such as Wavy West Coast Truffle Fries, Ketchup, and Wavy Fried Green Tomato. Keep on scrolling to read up on all the fun new flavors. TBH, we want to try them all.

Chile Con Queso

The Tex-Mex taste of the Southwest U.S., are vibrant in these chips that include flavors like the cheese and a touch of paprika.

Chicago is famous for its deep dish pizza, and these chips follow that inspiration with the Italian flavors of parmesan and Romano cheese.

Go to Louisiana (at least via your tastebuds) with these chips that include a mix of garlic, paprika, onion, and oregano. All we need now is some crawfish!

If fried pickles are your go-to bar appetizer, check out this Midwest-inspired variety, which includes dill, vinegar, ranch, and sour cream flavors in one place.

New England Lobster Roll

A lobster flavored chip? Not really, but these chips will remind you of a lobster roll via ingredients like sour cream, butter, onion powder, and bell pepper.

Pimento Cheese

If you have traveled to the south, you are familiar with pimento cheese. These chips capture that essence via sharp cheddar and a touch of cayenne pepper.

Sweet Thai Chili

Let your taste buds travel to the Pacific Northwest through the flavors of Thai sweet chili sauce and paprika.

Chesapeake Bay Crab Spice

The flavors of Old Bay come alive in this variety, which tastes just like you are at a crab-boil, minus those bibs!
