Technology is pretty great. These days, your techy tools and smart gadgets are great for making sure聽you鈥檙e聽safe,聽helping get聽your life in order聽and even keeping you (or your kids!) entertained. Did you know it鈥檚聽also pretty handy at turning you into an incredible multi-tasking maven? Well,聽BGR spotlighted this neat trick聽with the Mail App on your iPhone that will change your life. The tricks聽allows you to actually聽minimize email windows and go back into your folders to pull up other emails. We gave it a test, and this might actually be the best trick for the Mail App we鈥檝e ever learned.

Picture this.聽Your bags are packed, flight is booked, and all that鈥檚 left shooting an聽email to your mom/friend/SO about your flight info,聽but as you鈥檙e typing your email, you realize you don鈥檛 actually remember your itinerary. You then have to save that draft, look up your flight info and reopen the original email. Yeah, it鈥檚 a total PITA. Well, Apple actually has a solution for that.聽(Gawd, Apple, you guys think of everything.)

To use this feature, press聽on the subject (where the red arrow is pointing in the image above) and pull down.

This minimizes your draft to the bottom of your screen. Don鈥檛 worry, it doesn鈥檛 disappear. This action clears up your screen to look up that other email containing the info you need to reference. Yay for multitasking!

Once you pull up the info you need, just聽tap on the subject of your minimized draft and it should pull right back up.聽What鈥檚 cool about this is that you can toggle back and forth between emails without worrying about losing your draft.

You鈥檙e all very welcome.
