Pies + DIYs: Thanksgiving Turkey Slippers

This week my little sister Katie joined me on Pies + DIYs to compete in the ultimate crafting challenge — Thanksgiving turkey slippers. We each got one slipper from a pair and had to pimp it out for Thanksgiving morning. Using felt, a hot glue gun, googly eyes, and scissors, I created a turkey face, while Katie created a cooked turkey, complete with a turkey leg. Overall, we both came out winners and it was a pleasure hosting my little sister on an episode of Pies + DIYs.
