To make the kebabs:

Cut 4 PERDUE® FIT & EASY® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts into small cubes. Mix 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 cloves minced garlic, and salt and pepper. Season chicken in mixture. Cut red onion, pineapple, and peppers into bite sized pieces. Thinly slice limes. Lightly sear seasoned chicken pieces in a pan. Skewer all ingredients. Throw them on the grill!

To make the dipping sauce:

Combine 2 tbsp olive oil, and 1 tbsp Chinese BBQ sauce. Add 2 tsp chili flake. Add 2 tsp chopped parsley. Mix and serve alongside kebabs!
